We all march into the hospital following Nancy. If I'm being honest I'm quite afraid of her when she's onto something. We walk past the woman on the phone at the front desk. "Woah, Woah, woah excuse me! Where do you think you're going?" She asks sternly. "I'm just going to see my nana again, and this is my family" Nancy stutters. The woman arches an eyebrow at Lucas. "Extended." He adds.

"I don't care who they are you know the rules. Two at a time!" She yells. "Fine, Jonathan and I will go you kids wait here." She says getting a long groan from all of us. They walk off to the elevator and we all sit down.

I go with Lucas to the vending machine and try to buy a Kit-Kat. It almost comes out but gets stuck. "Oh come on you piece of shit!" I yell and bang the machine. Suddenly all the candy falls from the machine and I look over at El, who is holding a magazine and wipes her nose. "Thanks." I utter, getting a nod from her. I kneel down and start getting the candy that fell down. "Dude I think that was it." Lucas smirks.

"What?"

"Dude you're hopeless. Okay, I'll distract Max, get you an opening. Then talk to her." he plans.

I walk over and sit next to El, I see Lucas and Max throwing skittles in each others mouth. I nod at Will and he goes over to join them.

"Hey" I start, feeling a bit nervous.

"Hi." She says coldly.

"Does your species like M&Ms?" I smile. She giggles and holds her hand out to receive some M&Ms.

"I like the new look by the way. It's cool" I say, receiving a smile from the girl. "Thanks"

I look at my watch. 10:00pm. Shit. "Hey, El can I tell you something? In private?"

She rolls her eyes. "Sure."

I lead her into an empty room and move a box out of the way and reach into see my glasses and spunky top. "Mike what are you doing?" She asks impatiently. "Okay, you can't tell anyone but I have to go to a town. That's in a different universe."

"What?" She says. "Just trust me okay? I want you to come with me." I ask. "But we need to wait for Nancy and Jonothan!" She says. "Don't worry when we go, the time wont change at all here okay? It's just like a minute for them and like a day for us." She gives me a confused look.

I take off my shirt and put my new one on, getting a weird look from El. I throw on my glasses and comb my hair. "Hold my hand," I ask. She slowly holds it and I press a button on my watch. I lead her through the door and we come out through a forest.

Derry

"Mike, where are we?" She asks. "Okay so, from now on in this town I'm not 'Mike' I'm 'Richie'. Understand?" I say. She nods. "Also I'm a bit of a dick but bear with me." I reach behind a tree and throw her a two-piece swimsuit. "Put that on and meet me over there," I order. She nods and ducks behind a tree.

She pops out still wearing her normal clothes with her swimsuit underneath I'm guessing. I lead her out of the woods and see the rest of my group. "Hey, Richie." Eddie smiles. "Who's this?"

"Oh um this is my friend, she's always at home and shes uh... homeschooled" I stutter. "What's your name?" Stan asks warmly. Eleven looks around and holds her wrist out to show her '011' tattoo. "Eleven?" Stan asks. "Nice name."

"Oh yeah, this is Eddie, Stan, Ben, and Bill." I introduce them to her, the group all saying their 'hellos'. She smiles at them and we start walking over to a rock near the cliff. "Ready for a swim b-b-boys? And Girl." Bill smiles.

"Swim?" El asks, looking confused. "When you play around in the water." Eddie says with a slight smile. "Oh." El then says.

We start undressing into our swim trunks underneath our clothes and stand up at the quarry, looking down at the water below. "You coming Eleven?" Stan calls. She nods and takes off her clothes, to show her swimsuit. "Who's going first?" I ask.

"I'll go!!" I hear a feminine voice reply. We all turn and see Beverly take off her clothes and start to run towards the cliff. "Sissies." She snorts and jumps off into the water below.

"WHAT THE FUCK!" I yell I look over to see El smiling. "I like her." She says with a chuckle and dives in after Beverly. "Holy shit, We just got shown up by two girls!" I whine. "Do we have to do that now?" Stan shivers. "Come on!" Bev yells with El waving, they both look so happy. Ben waves back at her, "Woooo!" Bill shouts as he jumps in.

Followed by half of us except Eddie and I. "Scared?" I chuckle. "What, no! I'm just scared that I'll get some weird bacteria-" He starts when I push him In. I follow and hear him screeching.
