Ghostbusters Part Two

#When you're almost done writing but then your parents decide to drag you outside to go see a movie and then a bunch of other stuff happens that completely throws you off so you end up updating two days later then expected

Why am I using hashtags....?

I literally have no idea

So- yeah this update is two days late, but a lot of crazy stuff happened but the past 2 days have been craaaaazzzyy

I was in a car for like two hours today (well technically it was yesterday since I'm posting this chapter tomorrow) and I got most of the chapter done in the car, but then I actually got to where I was supposed to be and I didn't have time to write or even pick up my phone to type like 10 words real quick.
I managed to write a bit then my phone runs out of battery which was fantastic.
I manage to write more, but the chapter still wasn't done.

And then the wifi shut off, and is just got it back.. So now this chapter is being posted now!

Cause now I have internet and can post it!!

Recap:

Firo suddenly walks over to Kanna and picks her up, slinging her over her shoulder. "Alright then let's go make you believe in ghosts then!" She grins happily.

"Hey wait Firo! I can't just leave! I have other stuff to do!" Kanna struggles.

"No you don't! We all know the headmaster is just getting coffee right now!" Firo laughs.

"Wait how did you-"

"Not important! No more being an anti-social potato you're coming with us!" Firo grins, walking out of the office, carrying Kanna on her shoulder.

"Yeah! Let's go find Dogost!!" Nami grins happily, running out of the room.

We all ran out of the room, following Nami. We had to find Dogost before the hunters did, or before they even started looking.. But we had already searched almost everywhere in the school, and we hadn't found him yet, not to mention that we still had an hour before the hunters even started looking! Which meant this was going to be super easy!!

"I think we start with the areas we haven't checked yet- then we can double check the areas we did check, so that way it'll be easier." Firo states.

"Sounds like a plan." Nami nods.

"So where do we-" A loud noise like a microphone shrieking echoes around the hallways. (You know that sound? Like when people start talking in a microphone and it makes that really high pitched unpleasant noise and everyone covers their ears because that noise is the wooooorrsst, and sometimes they add it to movies to make the awkward speech or thing that's happening even more awkward then it already is....? Yeah it's that noise)

Speakers were positioned throughout the school's hallways to broadcast things like announcements and updates that the headmaster wanted everyone to know, and the microphone usually made that sound before an announcement was made.

"Uhh.. Sorry about that." The headmaster's voice comes from the speaker that was hanging on a wall a few feet away from us. The headmaster clears her throat before continuing.. How on Earth does she talk without a mouth anyway...? "All students and staff members are now required to evacuate the school grounds, the hunters that were scheduled to come tonight have arrived and are ready to start."

She begins to repeat the message for a second time as Firo looks at Kanna, who was still slung over her shoulder. "I thought you said they were starting in an hour!"

"Umm.." Kanna looks at the paper she was still holding from before and readjusts her glasses so they're comfortably resting on her nose. "Wait a second... No I was feinting right they're supposed to arrive at six, not five."

"What?!" Nami grabs the paper from her hands and looks at it. "But if they were supposed to get here at six then why are they here?!"

"Maybe the time on the paper is wrong?" Kiki guesses.

Mason looks over Nami's shoulder and brushes something off of the paper. "Nope, it definitely says six o'clock."

"So.. they're early?" Thresh questions.

"I don-" the door to the headmaster's office suddenly opens and she steps out, the black mist swirling out of the hole that should be where her head and neck connect, as it always was.
She didn't see us, but we decided to hide anyway, out of her line of sight, since we could clearly hear a lot of footsteps approaching the headmaster's office.

"Can you put me down now?" Kanna asks.

"Yeah yeah, alright." Firo says, setting Kanna down on her feet.

As she does that, a group of about 10 people, all dressed in black approach the headmaster's office. The same design from the car we had seen earlier was printed on their clothes.

"Who're they..?" I ask, looking back at the rest of the group.

"They're probably the ghost hunters." Kanna guesses. "I mean I can't see them since Firo has me turned the opposite direction.. But they are probably the ghost hunters.

"They're wearing black and have this weird purple and white swirly symbol on them." Alice explains, glancing at the group before looking back at Kanna

"Yep.... That's definitely them." Kanna states

"Probably." Thresh nods. "I mean if I were to guess.."

"So then.. We're out of time?" Kiki asks. As they talk, I watch as the headmaster goes back into her office and the ghost hunters all start to spread out through the hallways, but none of them were coming here.

"Nope! No way we're giving up now, if we do they'll catch Dogost, and who knows what'll happen to him after that!" Nami says.

"So then what's the plan.?" Thresh asks quietly, looking around at all if us.

"Are you expecting us to find him before they do?" Mason asks

"Exactly!" Nami grins happily.

"Alright.. So then where do we-"

"Hey!" A man's voice interrupts Thresh. We all look towards the man and it's obvious it's one of the ghost hunters.

"Run?" Alice says as more of a question.

"Run." I nod.

We all quickly dash down different hallways, not even bothering to pay attention to where everyone else was going.

I ended up running into the library, hiding in one of the rows of books, looking around.
I take a deep berth and sigh in relief, hearing another sigh a few feet away from me.

I part some of the books, looking through the slot I had just created, seeing two red eyes staring directly back at me.

"Ah!" I jump back.

The person jumps back too, emitting a panicked squeak. "Who's there?!"

That voice kinda sound familiar.. "Kanna it's me!" I loudly whisper

"Kat..?" Her voice whispers

"Ding ding ding, you are correct!" I smile, even though she can't see it.

"That's a relief.." Kanna sighs.
A loud clicking noise suddenly echoes around the room.

"Was that..?" Kanna begins, running back towards the door and tries to turn the door handle. "Oh no.."

"Oh no what?" I walk over to her.

"Oh no we're locked in." She looks back at me.

"What do you mean we're locked in?" I ask.

"I mean that someone locked us in here." Kanna says.

"What about the other doors?!" I run over to the other entrance to the library an tried to open it. Locked.

"Try the other one!" Kanna calls.

I run over to the last entrance to the library, which was also locked. "You have got to be kidding me..." I sigh.

"Great... So we're stuck here." Kanna sighs as I walk over to her.
We both sat down on the ground, sitting against one of the doors.

We sit in silence for a few minutes before she takes out a small sketch pad and starts to sketch something in it.

I look over her shoulder at what she's drawing. A bunch of random detailed sketches of flowers and trees were on the page, and she was currently drawing a rose.

"Wow! You're really good at drawing!" I smile, looking at the sketches.

"No, I'm not, well I'm not as good as a lot of people.." Kanna says quietly.

"No, you're really good!" I reassure, smiling.

"You think?" She asks, looking at me. I happily nod and she continues. "Well... Thanks, I guess.." She looks back down at the drawings and flips to one of the pages.

I look down at the sketch and it's the same symbol that Firo had been painting on her wall. "Huh... You know, I saw that symbol in Firo's room.. It looked like she was painting it on one of her walls." I say, looking at the drawing.

"Really?" Kanna looks at me again.

"Yep!" I smile.

Kanna smiles a bit. "Cool.. She said she would but I never believed h- wait did you say she's painting it on her wall?!"

"Yeah... She is." I nod.

"She actually did it.. Geez I didn't think she would.." Kanna looks surprised.

"She did.. You know now that I think about it.. She does draw a lot.." I look ahead of me again.

"She does? That's weird.. Shepard to hate drawing.. And reading." Kanna says

"Well, she hates reading still.. But she draws all the time, some of the teachers get mad at her for drawing instead of paying attention in class." I laugh

"Weird.." Kanna says, smiling slightly.

"So you and Firo used to be friends?" I ask, smiling.

Kanna nods, smiling too. "Yeah, before I moved away."

"You know that's the first time I've seen you smile." I point out.

"That doesn't surprise me.." She laughs.

I laugh with her, and then the door across from us opens.

---Thresh's POV---
(Yay a new POV!!!)

I quickly run into a room, which looked like it was some kind of science class, quietly closing the door behind me.

I watched as one of the ghost hunters passed the room I was in, sighing in relief when they didn't come in.

I crouch down on the ground, under a desk in the back corner of the room, farthest away from the door, my legs were still sticking out of the desk since they didn't fit under the desk.

The door I came through suddenly slams open and is slammed shut, loud footsteps approaching me.

Pretty much all of the classrooms didn't have any lights in them since classes were over, so I couldn't exactly see who it was.. But from the looks of it, I would guess it was a ghost hunter.

Whoever it was continued to walk toward me, turning the corner and immediately tripping over my legs and falling over.

I decide to stay silent, not wanting to be found by the hunter.

The person sighs, obviously annoyed, a medium sized fire suddenly lights in the strangers hand and they hold it up to their face, their face being illuminated by the fire so I could clearly see their fa-
Yep that's Firo.

"Why did you trip me?!" She glares, not even trying to be quiet.

"Shh!!" I quietly whisper. "I wasn't trying to trip you!"

"Oh yeah right!" She denies, her voice still loud.

"Please be quiet!" I whisper.

"Alright fine.." She says, finally whispering. "So, why did you trip me Thresh?" She glares at me, obviously angry.

"I seriously didn't mean to!" I deny, nervously watching the fire in her hand grow. "My legs couldn't fit under the desk so I just payed them out!" I loudly whisper.

She continues to glare at me

"It's the truth! I swear!" I promise, nervous.

The fire in her hand shrinks so it's back to a medium size. "Alright.. I believe you."

I sigh in relief. "That's good.."

"So then why are you he-"

I cover her mouth and place a finger over my mouth, signaling for her to be quiet, hearing two sets of footsteps approaching the room.

She rips my hand of her mouth, glaring at me. "okay- now you're really starting to piss me off." She glares, luckily still whispering.

"Please be quiet, someone's coming!" I quietly whisper, scared of her burning me to a crisp, and scared of whoever those people were, finding us in here.

"Why didn't you just say that?" Firo quietly whispers.

"I wanted to stay silent." I whisper back.

The door to the room slowly opens, a flashlight moving around the room, another flashlight joining it after a few seconds.
Both flashlights were moving around, obviously trying to find something. But whoever held those flashlights weren't trying very hard to find it.

(And this is when my wifi went out.... So I had to write the rest of the chapter on a "Microsoft word document" and wait until I had wifi again so I could publish it!!)
(My wifi is still out as I'm typing this and it's almost midnight and I'm already starting to get tired what)

The two people walk into the room, leaving the door open.
At first I guessed that it might've been more of our friends, but I was wrong.

"Alright, so first we had to find a ghost and now we're looking for kids?" One mans voice asks, annoyance in his voice.

"Yes, we have to find them." A different voice replies.

"Alright, so how many are we looking for?"

"I think there's like three of them." The first voice answers.

"I thought it was five." The second voice says.

"No it was definitely three."

"It was five."

"Three."

"Five."

"Three."

"Five."

"Three."

"Five."

"That's it.." Firo sighs in annoyance and stands up.

"No wait Firo don't--!!"

"Hey you!" One of the flashlights moves so it's shining on her face. "You're not supposed to be here this late!"

Firo stretches and then begins to walk over to them. "I'm sick and tired of just siting here listening to you idiots argue, even though you're BOTH wrong!" Firo says.

"Shut it! You're coming with us! We can't have you or the other students running around anymore- we have work to do and you're all getting in the wa-"

Firo suddenly reels back her arm and punches the man in the chest.

I quickly scramble out from under the desk. "No wait Firo- don't do that!!"

~~~~~~~~~~~
----Kiki's POV----
I happily skip down the hallway, hearing Alice's footsteps behind me. We had both found each other in one of the classrooms, and decided that it would be better to move around then to stay in one place.
It was now around 5:45, and none of the hunters had managed to find us yet. Well we did find two of the ghost hunters that had been beaten up and were unconscious in one of the classrooms, but we didn't find anyone else in there.
"Dogost?!" I loudly whisper. "Where are youuuu?!" I smile, still skipping
"Don't you think the skipping is a little too loud? We're trying to stay hidden." Alice points out, holding up a flashlight, shining it on my back. We had stolen the flashlights from the unconscious ghost hunters we found in that classroom, but only one of them actually worked, the other one was shattered and dented, somehow. It must've been quite a fight I wish I could've seen it!!
"No, I think I'm being quiet enough!" I smile back at her.
"Riiight.." She looks away, towards one of the doors to the library. "That's weird... Someone left the key in the lock.." She points out, walking over to the library door
"Hmm?" I look back at her, a bit confused. "What do you mean?"
"Well it looks like someone just locked the door and left it like this..." Alice observes, taking the silver key out of the lock.
"Alright.. So then what're we suppose to do with it?" I skip over to her, looking at the key.
"Nothin I guess.. I mean it might be locked for a good reason." Alice explains, looking up at me.
"Let's unlock it anyway!" I grab the key from her hand and unlock the door, pushing it open and skipping inside. "Hello?!" I yell, my voice echoing.
"Kiki?!" Someone calls back. I instantly identify the voice as Kat's
"Yep!" I smile happily.
"Kiki, be quiet." Alice whispers, walking in, closing the door behind her.
"Alright." I nod, smiling.
"Hey! Where are you guys?" Another voice calls. It takes me a while to realize who the voice belongs too, since we had just met her about an hour or two ago
"Kanna?!" I guess.
"Yeah, its me!" Kanna says. "Where are you guys?!"
"At the door- where're you?" I call.
"At the door...?" Kat says as more of a question.
"Wait so then... What?" I think out loud, confused. "Oh wait- duh! There are multiple doors to this place!"
"Alright so then which one are you at?" Alice asks.
"Okay okay- how about this, let's just go towards the area of the library with all the tables." Kanna suggests
"Alright!" I smile, running towards the tables.
Kanna and Kat are already there when I get there, Alice behind me.
"Hi!" I smile.
"Hey." Kat waves back to me.
"How did you guys get in?" Kanna asks, looking at as with a confused look on her face.
"What do you mean?" I ask, just as confused.
"The doors were locked." Kat says.
"They were, but the key was left in one of them so we kind of just wandered in."
"Do you still have the keys?" Kanna asks, I nod.
"That's a relief, I thought we were gonna be trapped here forever." Kat says.
"Well then your lucky we came to your rescue!" I smile.
"It is a relief." Kat nods.
"Can you guys please try to be quiet?" Alice whispers.
Kanna nods in agreement. "We should probably be quiet.... Have you guys seen Firo around anywhere?"
"Nope.. Have you guys found Dogost?"
"No.." Kat sighs.
"Great.. We didn't either.. Where could he be..?" I wonder.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
---Nami's POV-----

"Dogost!?" I call, ducking my head through one of the doors and quickly searching it with me eyes, seeing nothing.

"Anything?" Mason asks from behind me.

"Nope." I close the door. Me and Mason had found each other only a few minute ago, since we were both in the halls searching for Dogost and the others. "We've been searching for almost an hour now, where is he...?" I ask.

Mason shrugs. "Maybe he doesn't want to be found."

"What?" I ask, confused, continuing to walk down the hallway.

Mason follows me. "Well maybe he wants to stay in hiding." He shrugs. "I mean there are hunters looking for him right now."

"That's true.. But he might come out once he sees or hears one of us.. And he does have really good hearing, better then pretty much anyone I know.. So then why hasn't he heard us..?"

"Maybe he got captured already?" Mason guesses.

"I don't think so.. At least I hope not." I look back at him.

He shrugs. "It's always a possibility."

"I guess you're right.." I sigh.

Mason nods, then looks past me, at something behind me. "Uhh.... Nami?"

"Yeah?" I ask. "What is i-" I suddenly get tackled from behind, well not really tackled, it was more of a hug.

I look down, trying to se what was hugging me. "Dogost?" I question.

"Nami!" He smiles happily, still hugging me.
