It could have been Worse if not one of the Deathwatch Marine Came there, and he is a Imperial Fist Legionare, and almost Choke the Young Mans Life at his Audacity to Command him to Punish their Faithful servant

They are shock that the Space Marines Despite all of their Might and Power they Treated their Servants far Better than the Empire, and the Bretinnoa even more than them, Another Culture shock to them

Even Guilliman have Discuss with Leuon and the Fay Enchantress and other Higher Ranking Nobles who are all Grail Knights about the Treatment of their Peasants, Giving 90 percent of their crops, would likely make them Extremely Poor and Guilliman Knows that the King Knows it too

And He even Pointed that out, how their soldiers going to buy their equipment if they could not even have enough money to buy it?, how could their peasants going to have more harvest if they could not have enough money to buy more crops?

As for the Punishment, Guilliman pointed that out in order for them to have even lesser chance of rebelling they should only punish the individual who done in wrong rather than killing their whole family for even such a small crime like stealing, or attacking the Noble

If they do that, they the peasants will not just be happy but as well, going to give them more tax, than the 90 percent of their crops

Because there are Tens of Thousands to Hundreds of Thousands of Space marines that are Present in the World and Can still be Recruited as their entire population are still Geared for war, But far more Heavily Defended due to added numbers of the Space Marines and it can be Cooperate with Different Legions Defending that World

And Now New Weapon will now be Constructed that is from the Terran Dominion
