Jacks POV

I wake up to silence. I'm in bed but alone. My stomach rumbles and I place a hand on my swollen belly.
I guess I should go get some food. I check the time and groan in frustration. It's three am! Too fucking early to eat.

"Hey you're awake!" Alex comes into our room with a plate of burritos and ice cream. What? I'm craving ice cream burritos. "I know that you always wake up around now so," he shove the plate in my face "for you." I grin and take the plate. Alex crawls over me and sprawls over the covers.

"Hut to hfe yr sie" I say with a mouthful. "You what?" He says. "Hey you have your side." I poke him with my foot until he shifts over. A cramp runs up my side and I rub it with a wince. It's been five months since I got out of hospital and I barely leave the house anymore. I finish my burritos and put the plate down before snuggling under the covers.

"Goodnight my angel." Alex says, kissing my head before cuddling up next to me. He starts to sing but I don't register it as I drift off.

I wake up (again) to warm arms wrapped around me. "Morning babe" Alex says in a rough voice. I shiver and glance at him. His morning voice is just...fuck me now. "Maybe later." He says, unwrapping his arms. I blush then groan. "What's wrong?" He asks. "Nothing just...Alex cuddles are the best"

"Sorry babe but I assume you want breakfast." I giggle and nod. When do I not? He pecks my lips and goes downstairs. I decide to take a quick shower before breakfast. As I haul myself out of bed another cramp runs up my side. I sit back down and rub my side. Another cramp shoots up and warm liquid runs down my leg. "FUCKING SHIT! ALEX!" I yell. Footsteps pound up the stairs. "What? What's going on?" He's clearly panicked but so am I.

"My water just broke" I gasp. My yells woke up the rest of the house and Sarah sleepily wanders in. "Whats going on?" She asks. "Mom my water broke." I wince at another cramp.

Suddenly I'm being picked up and almost literally thrown in the car. "I'll go wake up Brendon and get dressed then we'll meet you at the hospital." Mom says. Alex nods and climbs in the drivers seat.

The whole way there he's trying to be comforting but it's not helping and although I love him he needs to stop. "Alex shut the fuck up and pay attention to the road." I hiss. God I'm not looking forward to contractions.

Alex hops out the car and helps me out and up to reception. He's discussing something with the lady at the desk and my stomach squeezes and clenches. I gasp in pain and punch the thing closest to me. Alexs arm.

"Ow. What?" He says. I gasp and pant. Get me a fucking nurse." I spit. Someone puts me in a wheelchair and wheels me away. I'm in so much pain, I don't care where Alex is, I want this out but all I can think of is memes. "Sir how's the pain?" The nurse wheeling me asks. "They say me rollin' they hatin'" I laugh to hide the pain. She rolled her eyes and just takes me into a room.

I've had enough of fucking hospitals! Austin is there to help me deliver. Don't ask where it's coming from cause I don't know. Austin helps me into a gown and onto the bed. "You've been here a lot recently Jack." He jokes. I nod and grit my teeth. "I need to push. I need it out!" I say. Austin shakes his head. "Not yet. Don't push yet."

Alex appears behind me. He offers me his hand because he's an idiot. Obviously I take it and squeeze. Hard. "Ok almost...keep calm, keep breathing evenly...almost...ok..ok...push come on!" Austin instructs.

I scream and grip Alexs hand and push at the same time. I push again and again, each push more painful than the last. I sweat and pant. "I can't do it" I cry. "I can't! I don't want to!" Alex puts an arm around me "come on baby yes you can! You can do this!" 

"Fuck off Gaskarth I'll cut your dick off for putting me through this aargghh" I push one last time and a slippery, crying alien slides out. "It's a girl." Austin says. Tears in his eyes. She's cleaned and handed to Alex. We all have tears in our eyes but mine are because I'm still pushing. Obviously the placenta comes out but so does something else.

Another slippery alien. "Well we weren't expecting twins were we?" Austin says with a laugh. "It's another girl!" He exclaims. I laugh and flop against the pillows supporting me. Alex brings something to my attention. Something that breaks my heart.

"Why isn't she crying?"
