This was told over 43 text messages, bear with me as I attempt to make it make sense

I was going through my screenshots and I found one of a conversation I had in Clash Of Clans with an in-game friend of mine. (Not important to the story at all)

And it made me kinda sad because it was when I was in this clan called Shark Nation.

Now Shark Nation was a glorious clan.

It had like 48 members and the max members a clan can have is 50 so it was a busy clan.

I think it was Canada based too, so nice people.

Anyway, when I still lived with my grandparents I would play Clash of Clans on my grandma's tablet. (I lived with them because my family was moving houses but the new needed work done)

And I saw this glorious clan Shark Nation and joined.

I ended up making like 3 friends, Altas, Lightning, and IceBear. IceBear was leader and Lightning was co-leader.

Lightning is very important to this story.

So anyway, I join this clan and I'm vibing, people are nice, my kingdom is thriving, its a fun party all around.

Then, we move out of grandparents house and into our current house

I was friends with Lightning and IceBear at this point, and hadn't met Atlas really yet.

So I download Clash of Clans on my tablet and log in, and it's been maybe 2 or 3 weeks, so not that long.

I log in and there's like 25 people.

So naturally, I'm like what the heck happened. (I never actually found out why everyone left)

And I'm talking with Lightning, and then he tells me he's going to join this other clan that his friend owned or something, and he invited me to join it also, since the clan was dying at this point and no one was really ever on anymore.

But I declined and said I was going to stay to see if anyone would join Shark Nation again.

So Lightning leaves but I have an invitation to the server.

So fast forward to like 2 weeks later again because I forget to play all the time.

AND THERES 13 PEOPLE LEFT.

So cue Atlas.

(This is like when I really started becoming friends with him because there was literally no one else to talk to)

He had also talked with Lighting and me about leaving and stuff, but that's not really important. Basically we knew each other, we were friends.

So there's like 13 people left, a stark contrast to the 48 people when I first joined.

Even IceBear had left at this point (if you recall, IceBear was the leader of Shark Nation).

So me and Atlas randomly strike up a conversation on the clan chat because we're the only 2 people online.

And at this point in time, global chat had been removed because people would get into really heated arguments, which was terrible for us and other small clans because it was used to promote our clans. (That wasn't the point of the global chat, but that's what small clans used it for)

So then we start talking about how the clan is dead, but if we get back some people with friends, maybe we can revive it.

So I bring up the conversation I had with Lightning about him leaving since it was dead, and told Atlas about the invite.

And I said that maybe I could join the clan and see if Lightning could convince some of his friends to join Shark Nation. (Super unlikely, I just wanted to talk to Lightning again)

And Atlas was like that's a great idea do it.

So I leave Shark Nation.

And I find the invite to the clan Lightning sent me.

Turns out, I couldn't join because I didn't have enough trophies.

So I dejectedly came back to Shark Nation and told Atlas that I couldn't join the clan.

So we were basically out of ideas and just sorta gave up.

Then he went out and made his own clan, which I actually ended up joining later on, and we went our separate ways.

And I think Shark Nation is still dead lol.

Also I haven't talked to any of those three people in forever which is actually really sad because Lightning and Atlas were super nice people.

Also also, I'm pretty IceBear did end up rejoining at some point, but he did leave again.

And when I did leave Shark Nation, I either had the role of Elder or Co-leader, I can't remember, and I lost it when I left and I never got it back :(
