The room is slightly dimmed and the warm essence of apple cinnamon and fire wood fills my living room air, i'm cuddled up by the fireplace reading my favorite book for the upmteenth time relaxing before I have to get up in the morning to go teach at the daycare down the road. I read one more paragraph before I get up to start finishing up the activities planned tomorrow for the kids, then start heading to bed because it's really late. I head upstairs to my room and go to sleep.
I'm walking back home after the daycare let out, I get out my key to unlock my door when I suddenly kick something oddly soft and lumpy. I look down and there's a strange creature at my front door step. I reach out and touch it and it has a really soft fur-like texture. I start to pet it and it softens into my hands. I let go and immediately the creature reaches out for my hand in a like manner, it's not that big so I pick it up and i bring it inside and set it on the counter to finally have a good look at it. It's  dark purple with lighter purple spots it has human child-like features like a mouth and its head shape but it's also kinda wolflike.
"IT'S A WEREWOLF" I shouted. I started pacing back and forth asking a million questions like where did it come from? Why did it just suddenly show up on my front door when I got home? How is this thing even alive? Aren't werewolves fictional? Then I stop aggressively pacing around my living room when i feel a little tug on my pant leg. I look down and see the small werewolf sitting on the ground like a toddler. Wait, i think the werewolf is a toddler I deal with toddlers all day so this should be a piece of cake, but this is a were-toddler a purple one at that. But why do i feel like i've seen this exact were-toddler before i start thinking back to school and i finally recall little bobby coming up to me and showing me his drawing from the art portion of class today I look over to the now entranced were-toddler in my arms and i go upstairs to put it,him to bed in the spare room. I guess i'm going to be taking care of this thing till I can find where it comes from
