One of the things I would definitely rewrite altogether is the I kissed a girl ep in S3. It focused on Finn and Klaine than actually Santana

And please do not take my ideas at all..

This is what I would have done:

Firstly: I would confirm Rachel and Sam being bisexual as well. And Rachel, Sam and Brittany have a coming out scene.

The I kissed a girl ep should have focused on Santana more and not the guys especially Finn and Klaine who clearly made her uncomfortable with their song choices. Santana had every right to voice that in the ep. She wasn't being rude to them, she was voicing she was uncomfortable.

I would actually have the girls help her instead of Finn and have Santana seek out Karofsky to talk to him since she was outed and she was going to out Karofsky, it would have been really powerful to have Santana seek out Karofsky and talk to him and have her apologise to blackmailing him and using his sexaulity against him when he was unsure of it.

Talking to Finn about what he done I would have Quinn and Brittany do that since they are her friends and best friends and part of the unholy trinity with Santana.. plus I would also address that Brittany outed her too and have Finn point out that it wasn't just him but also Brittany too.

I would have Finn apologise to her, same with Brittany and Santana apologise to Finn as well. And in my rewrite of that ep like I said I would have the girls help her instead and do the lady's week instead of Finn organising it which was very creepy.

I would have a coming out scene for Brittany. And she comes out on her fondue for two talk show with Rachel and Sam before Santana comfortably comes out on her own terms to her parents, the cheerios and her abeula. I would have Brittany do this as way for her to support Santana through it, and show her that there is nothing to be afraid or be scared about and also showing a bisexual coming out scene and i would also have Brittany apologise for outing Santana too.. and the reason I say Rachel and Sam on fondue for two with Brittany is because in my rewrite Sam and Rachel are bisexual.. and Rachel being bisexual and coming out is what would end finchel because Finn doesn't support it.

And because of that aspect it would start Rachel's and Santana's friendship but my rewrite on the ep would still focus on Santana.

After the glee girls sing their songs:

Rachel: I kissed girl- Katy Perry
Quinn: bad girls- Donna Summer
Brittany: the girl is mine- Michael Jackson
Tina: girls just wanna have fun- Cindy Lauper
Mercedes: the most beautiful girl in the world- Prince
All the girls song: Girl power- The Cheetah Girls

After the girls sing their songs to Santana it gets overwhelming for her and she goes to seek out Karofsky to talk to him about everything and even apologise for blackmailing him with his sexaulity and he convinces her to go back to the glee club and they sing together..

after Santana's abeula kicks her out, Blaine finds out about it after overhearing Brittany talk about it and he goes to find Santana and support her through that as Blaine's own father disowned him and tried to make him straight and knowing that aspect he would be the only one to understand how Santana feels and what she's going through Blaine and Karofsky would be the only males I would get to help Santana in the ep otherwise it's mainly the girls helping her and supporting her and instead of the song I kissed a girl I would have Santana and Brittany sing landslide or a different song Santana is comfortable in singing.

And I would also have Santana confirm that Puck and also Matt from S1 knew about her and were helping her come to terms with it and help her accept this part of her.
