Frown sat down next to Softie and hugged him. Smile was a few feet away growling and thrashing around as Terrance held it back. "Bad Smile- STOP IT!" Terrance hissed as Smile continued to slightly slip out of his grasp. Softie whimpered a little and Frown hugged him tighter.

Frown didn't seem to be too bothered by the fact that Smile wanted to kill it. Terrance grabbed Smile's hand which made it squeak. Frown's ears perked up and it turned to look at Smile. Everyone started staring at it. A squeak was NEVER a noise Smile would make. 

Smile froze, then once again started to hiss. It stood up and tried running at Frown, but there was a crack. Smile froze and started to whimper. "Shoot-" Terrance muttered and let go of Smile's hand. Apparently, since Terrance had been holding it's hand and Smile had rushed forward is caused Smile's arm to break. 

Frown hesitantly let go of Softie and got to it's feet. It walked over to Smile, Softie behind it. Frown gently took Smile's arm and reached up, stroking it's ears. Smile's whimpers seem to quiet down and Frown stroked the top of Smile's hand with one finger. 

Terrance stepped forward and grabbed Smile. He gently took Smile's arm and felt around for the broken bone. Surprisingly, there weren't any bones, only hollow dust tubes. Terrance ended up bandaging Smile's arm like a cast and the four sat together in the void until Softie and Terrance had to leave.
