This would mostly be an idea involving The Wither in minecraft.

Story goes that on Halloween night, those who get lost in the forests during games on Halloween will see a blueish white light of a torch or lantern. 

The person carrying the light will be a man who is as tall as the trees with glowing white eyes, skeleton like black skin and wearing a black cloak. He will not say anything, and stare at the child unblinking before letting them follow his light back to their home. 

It is said also that should one who seeks harm to those who he leads back are met with an unfortunate fate. Their bodies parts being strung up on a dead tree with a Jack O Lantern in front of it, like some sort of Halloween, Christmas Tree. 

The child is found unharmed with the persons jacket around them, but not a scrap of blood found on the child.

Another idea I had was something similar to Luigi's Mansion. Much like Herobrine's Mansion, only with ghosts and the main character having to get rid of them.

Not sure about this one, but it's an idea.
