Character Sheet: Vanitas

So normally someone from Minecraft creates the Child of Herobrine cliche, mostly it's the Daughter, whose father is controlling, or abused her. Sometimes these characters are pretty over powered, and sometimes they make little to no sense. Not to say the character is bad, but people need to get out of these mud holes of sameness.

I've read plenty of stories where said character for Herobrine's child can be predictable, and only hates the dad because of home life.

So, it's only natural I try my hand at making the Son of Herobrine, seeing how my character fairs from the rest of them.

I'm seeing from you all how Vanitas fairs from the others and if his character design as a Villain takes a different look on the Child of Herobrine cliche.

Name: Vanitas Christopher Absent Brine

Nickname: Van, Vanity, Vanny, Chris, or Absent

Age: 23

Height: 5 feet 9 inches

Weight: 159 lbs

Hair Color/Style: Unruly, soft soul sand brown hair hangs down just above his eyes brown, strands around his ears, but still showing the ears by a bit. Comes down around his mid section of his neck where it curves out a bit in a mess fashion. He also has a soft part line form his forehead to his hair line.

Eye Color/Shape: On most days his eyes are a soft silvery gray color in a pool of milky white, fair sunken into his head, to where you can see faint sleep lines under his eyes and the eye brows cast a shadow over the top. Sometimes his eyes can glow like his fathers, the pupil blending into the silver as the gray stretches out to cover the whites of his eyes.

Face Shape: Simply narrowed around the chin, the chin is curved and smooth and rather small, his cheeks are sunken a bit to where it lightly show the shadow line of his cheek bones, but to too much he still has some skin on it.

Cheek bones are not overly high on his face, but rather center with his small round nose. Forehead is mostly cover by the hair, and rather smooth and rounded. The eye brows are thing getting slightly larger toward the center of his face curving down to his nose and thinner out to his ears, stopping from two comers of his eyes with a slightly darker brown color then his hair. Lips are small with a soft and thin look, with a lightly pink color to the center an fading out as you get to the ends. Ears are pointed lightly on the ends, and are even sized but not overly big, ear lopes are attached to his face.

Body Shape: Coming down from his neck his shoulders are rounded out and small in size, his arms are not overly muscles but a build that would suit for a kick boxer or swimmer, thin but built up enough to pick up heavy objects at an extent. By no means is he a body builder, but he is flexible looking and fast, a average chest and waist look, not hour glass but tucked in enough. Legs look to be long and have the most muscle look on them, but not bulky.

Personality: Vanitas thinks in terms of Chaos, and the elements of which drives a person to do bad things. Delving into deep conversations with himself and the morals of human beings. He is constantly thinking, often too fast for others and even he himself can keep up. Coming up with new ideas, then losing them in the second he comes up with another. Unable to truly stay focus for long, and often twitching or moving some part of his body, looking around at random areas when having to sit still. This mostly shows when he's nervous or on edge. When told the sit still he can try, but often under the table his leg is jolting. For conversations, he's hard to understand his train of thought as one moment he is on topic then one word can send him off on another topic. Because of this his fighting style is rather eradicate and unpredictable, as his attacks have no true rather, it's just a flurry of whatever comes to might first then in the next second what comes then making Vanitas used to twisting his body in weird positions.

Thinking in terms of Chaos make Vanitas a bit deranged and 'dark'. What I mean by dark is the fact he finds joy in the misery and pain of others, and his humor is one to make someone cringe with disgust or shock. Vanitas also tends to love the concept of Chaos, it's unpredictable ways that shape the world around them. As he's call it, 'The invisible desire of all living things to do what makes them come out on top.' or in the idea of everything, 'The idea that nothing is the same way twice, and the third time creates the change.'. The deranged part is mostly due to his mind set, as often ideas met together to create someone so absurd that it just might work. And other times findings things not funny to be funny, or conflicting himself with the ideas that others makes up to follow.

His reason for his evil or the villain is due to the fact he wants to understand what it means to be the villain. Vanitas wants to obtain the mind set that will set him free from the routine that humans create. He doesn't want to conform to society, he wants to understand the conformation to Order. He wants to know, why do people listen to the bad guy, when they know they are the bad guy. Vanitas wants to know the motivation for Chaos and what creates it in the world.

Weakness: Fact being once he obtains what he wants, he refuses to go any farther and starts a new project. Vanitas isn't like most villeins, he doesn't want the world, he wants the secrets that everyone holds in them. Once he gets this, and some might not even know how a conversation can help his get this information, he leaves. He just, in simple terms, 'gives up' from the plan of 'World Domination' he let people think he was going for, and vanishes. It's hard to tell if he's the true villains, when he dose this. Often leaving heroes to unravel the mysteries behind Vanitas for themselves. All signs point to him being evil, but at the end he doesn't go through with the fight or the killing to do so. Also, while he is smart, he's also very lazy unless given the motivation to do something that he dose not have, he won't do much of anything.

Family Life: Herobrine is rather unsure what to make of his own son, in his eyes Vanitas is a mess of a work place. With papers and planes laid out every where, ink splatters on the wall, scribbles on the floors, walls, papers that make little to no sense. And near to everything is broken. While Hero would wish that his son joined him in world take over, or even do so himself. Instead he is met with a boy who is just in enigma in every way, shape, and form. It's unsure if his feelings are fatherly or out right confusion.

Notch feels about the same about his Nephew also, however he sees Vanitas more as a ticking time bomb, and as soon as it goes off the world is fucked. He wants to lock Vanitas away or kill him, before he hurts not only everyone around him but also himself.

Bio: Vanitas was the name given to him by his father which means Vanity, and his mother named his Christopher in the hopes he'd not end up like his father. Growing up, Vanitas was distant and intellectually driven to do things. Out casting himself from others and refusing to speak unless spoken to or coaxed to. This never did change growing up, until the day he snapped at his mother letting his anger drive him to the boy he is now. One of which his mother won't even look at him, and later for his father to find him in the Overworld. From the age of 14 to 18 he living in the Nether often left to himself and his thoughts, this is where he got the idea to purse the knowledge that is Chaos. He later made his own home in the Overworld and lives there, caring for himself away from the world, where no one looking for him can ever find him. Meaning he literally lives in the Far Lands, where the world descends into chaos. Not many are stupid enough to fallow him there, even if he's a wanted criminal.
