4 YEARS LATER

Moon ran in and out of the back yard sliding door as her and her 3 year old aunt Kira played together running around the house as their 'mother' cooked breakfast, and her little 2 year old brother Cyrus sat in a high chair playing with his toys cars.

The smell of bacon and eggs sizzleing and fresh pancakes being flipped, " Come eat!" Yelled their mother as Kira was picked up and sat on a chair as Moon climbs up on her own chair as the food it placed on the table.
They pray for the gift of food on the table and dig in.

Hours pasted as the young girls continued to play not yet knowing what was happening was the last day the girls would ever play together, for one of the young girls real mother was coming home from work.

A young pregnant woman the age of 20 who's heart was broken by so many men came to get her 2 children from her mother, Moon's Mother looked at her grand'mother' and said " Were leaving".

Moon's heart shattered, one so young and pure knew what she meant because she knew her grandmother was not her real mother but she was a better mother than this poor girl was.

Her mother picked her son up and grabbed her arm roughly " Come on! Were living somewhere else!" Moon tryed pulling away but her mother's firm grip yanked her back " Noo!! Mommy! Mommy!!" Moon cryed reaching towards her grandmother as Kira watched helplessly.

SMACK!!

Moon froze as a burning pain spreads through out her cheek as she crys out in pain as tears fall rapidly down her face as her grandmother screams " Don't hurt her!".

She feels her mothers grip tighten up " She's MY daughter! Why is she calling you mom!? Go to the car NOW!" Moons thrown outside onto the ground and crys harder as her mother stomps passed her and into the car as moon limps to the car slowly as her grandmother and aunt watch sadly.

Will her life get better or worse?
