*The day of the battle had come and it was another hour and a half before the battle had actually started! Main had stood in the training room, his Michael was starting to glow with a bright aura*

Main: We've defeated Bella Akazara and Lane Valhalla.. Now just one blader stands in my way before i fight Bella again..

*Michael was taking the center as its aura was glowing even brighter, the light was overwhelming the entire room and it was blinding as the sun*

Main: Alright Supreme Michael, we're going to end the history of Athena Valhalla once and for all!

*Michaels aura began to surge to life as an illusion of the avatar hung above the stadium but little did Main know, Michaels layer had several small fractures in the layer but no one was ever going to know until it was too late*

---Meanwhile---

*Athena was training with her group in another training room as Adeona had knocked Ragnaruk out of the stadium with one attack*

Rangara: Ah!! She got me again!!

Bella: You still haven't told us your plan to beat Michael, we can't take it anymore!

Ikari: Yeah come on! Tell us!!

*Athena just sighed as she walked over to the 2, Adeline and Lane were sitting nearby*

Athena: My plan to defeat Main is simple. I'm going to break past the Burst Locks like i should however, i have a new move that can may shatter through Supreme Sphere if he's going to use that move.

Ikari: A new move?

Athena: That's all i'm telling you guys, you'll just have to wait until the battle starts.

*Bella and Ikari pouted as the others sweatdropped a bit*

Athena: However, i can promise you all that you won't be disappointed with what you see today. I won't lose a 3rd time.

*Athena went back over to the stadium and continued to train with Rangara, Bella sat and began to think*

Bella: Hmm... i wonder what kind of special move Athena's got planned, if it's one that can possibly break Supreme Sphere, then it must be a really powerful move!

---Meanwhile---

*Main was now with Ashtem who was giving the briefing on the next battle, the current data on Athena and Final Adeona was on the screen in front of them*

Ashtem: Final Adeona.. it's an attack type bey that is an amalgamation of every Adeona evolution before it.. It will not be an easy bey to beat.

Main: It makes no difference to me, it won't matter what happens today.. By the power of Supreme Sphere, Adeona will be shattered to oblivion once again.

Ashtem: I'm afraid it won't be that easy this time around. That would work on Bella and it worked on Lane clearly but against Athena, you're taking her way too lightly.

Main: I'm taking this as serious as you are! I've battled Athena numerous times now so i know her tricks, what all could she possibly have up her sleeve?!

Ashtem: The unexpected. Athena wants you to expect the unexpected and she'll pull a random trick out of her magic hat at the last second, she's quite known for that.

Main: I already told you.. i don't need your advice.

Ashtem: I see.

Main: I am the Supreme Lord, nobody will ever defeat me or my Supreme Michael.. i can guarantee you that.

*Ashtem just sighed as he sat down on the bench nearby*

Ashtem: In that case, do whatever you like.. but i warn you, do not underestimate her. After what i've been through with her, she is a very experimental but interesting blader.

*Main turned away and continued to train*

---Later---

*The battle between the 2 was starting now and Athena was heading to her match but not before running into Ashtem once again in a long time*

Asthem: Hello Athena.

Athena: I had a feeling you'd be here. I also had a feeling you were behind all of what's been going on.

*Ashtem shrugged, his eyes peering through his masks eyeholes*

Ashtem: It would appear that i am.

*Athenas eye began to flash with a white flame*

Athena: You're not getting away with this manipulation scheme again, Ashtem. It's a wonder you haven't found yourself in prison yet.

Ashtem: You sure love to talk don't you?

Athena: You manipulate and torture bladers into becoming stronger, only to become your little lab rats. There's no telling what else you do to the poor bladers in your facility, in fact i don't think i want to know..

*Ashtem just kept on walking and Athena started to walk away too*

Athena: Enjoy this battle Gliten, this will be the last one you ever get to see.

---At The Stadium---

*Athena and Main had finally reached the arena as the crowds were cheering loudly! The 2 bladers walked up to the stadium and Main just began to smile like a villain again*

Main: Well we get to battle again Athena Valhalla, it's an honor to be able to crush you in an official match just like that day..!!

*Athena remembered the day her bey was shattered at the hands of Main and his Supreme Michaels debut battle, she wouldn't let that get in her way this time*

Athena: I remember.. and i'm not going to let you do that again! We're stronger than that and we're not going to fall and bow to you!

Main: Is that what you think? Because i will harness the true power of the Supreme Lord in this battle, just you watch!

*Bella and the others were watching in the crowd, Bella was rather nervous for the battle*

Bella: I'm kinda nervous, i don't know what's going to happen in this battle..!

Lane: It's all riding on this, if Athena loses here then the Beyblade World is doomed. There will be nothing more we can do.

Bella: Athena!! You can win this thing! Get out there and show him what you got!!!

Referee: 1st Battle!!

*Both bladers take their positions and the battle was now starting*

Referee: Ready Set!!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*The beys were off and Supreme Michael was coming for the center of the stadium! It took the center in the Ultimate Dropper and Adeona was coming in hot*

Athena: Adeona! Blow them away!!

*Adeona clashes with Michael and knocked it back and both beys were kicking the battle off with a fierce back and forth clash*

Main: Michael!!

*The 2 beys continued to clash with full force and were knocked back and Michael was channeling energy to pick up some incredible speed*

Main: Supreme Dagger!!

*Adeona was knocked back with a devastating attack and it hits the wall! However, using the rubber swords on its layer, it bounces off the wall and stayed in the game*

Main: W-What?!

Athena: Yes!!

*Adeona and Michael were then locked in a side-by-side clash as sparks started to fly, Michael was starting to glitch again as it kept fighting back*

Main: Tch..!! Finish it Michael!!

Athena: Don't let him escape Adeona!!

*Adeona clashed with Michael once more and it locked hard with its rubber sword*

Athena: Final Upper: A!!

*Adeona uses the upper motion of its Rubber sword and Michael went flying out of the stadium and Main caught it in midair*

Main: Tch..!!

Referee: Final Adeona with an Over Finish! Athena Valhalla earns 1 point!!

Main: Tch... i had her within my grasp, what happened..!?!

*Athena went over and picked up Michael and started to walk back towards Main*

Athena: Maybe it's because you decided it was a good idea to fight me with a damaged bey.

*Main stared at her in surprise, snatching the bey from her hand*

Main: What are you talking about?!

Athena: The damage in Michael was caused from your battle with Lane but it wasn't his fault, you pushed your bey too far and now it has sustained damage.

Main: T-That can't be..!!

*Main looked down at his bey and the tiny fractures were now a bit more noticeable*

Main: M-Michael..

Athena: I think you should forfeit and make repairs now, you can't battle like this anymore.

*Main just stared at her and his aura began to glow*

Main: No.

Athena: M-Main! If you keep battling like this then Michael will be destroyed by your own doing, you have to make repairs!

Main: I will not run from a battle! The Supreme Lord will not flee from the challenge!!

*Mains aura was glowing brighter as the Michael avatar hovered above Main, Athena was in awe at the sight once again, seeing Michael was an exhilarating sight*

Athena: Michael..

Main: I've waited too long for this day to back out now, Me and Michael will fight to the very end, that is our true nature of battle!

*Athena nodded and went back over to her side of the stadium, Main stared over at her and smiled, his aura of light glowing bright*

Rangara: What's going on down there?!

Bella: I don't know..! I can't really tell..

Ikari: What's weird is.. Main is actually smiling..

Bella: Yeah that's right..

Lane: Athena finally managed to reach out to his heart. Main's resolve to win this battle plus the radiant atmosphere Athena gives off is pulling Main to his senses.

Rangara: That's incredible!!

Lane: Athena.. you just never stop changing the people around you huh? You and Bella and everyone else we've gathered along this journey together.. they're all something else..

Referee: 2nd Battle!!

*The 2 bladers got ready for the 2nd battle and the entire world was now watching*

Referee: Ready and Set!!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*The beys were off and Michael and Adeona were charging around the stadium at fast speeds*

Athena: Alright now! Final Shoot!!

*Adeona came charging in and began to land a fierce barrage of attacks on Michael, knocking it around like a ping pong! Michaels spikes immediately started to retract as the Ultimate Dropper was opening up*

Main: Hold on Michael!!

*Michael was knocked through the hole and it fell into the Low Level, its layer becoming fully round*

Main: Supreme Change!!!

*Michaels light began to glow brightly, its stamina holding on immensely*

Main: Michael!!!

Athena: Adeona!!!

Athena: It's time to go all out! Now go!!

*Adeona fell through the hole and it dove straight for Michael*

Main: Supreme Sphere!!!

*Michaels Sphere blocks the attack and a massive explosion bursts out of the stadium! The Sphere started to crack from Adeonas raw power and it shattered like glass*

Main: W-What?!

*Michael and Adeona were knocked back and both beys started to clash back and forth in the center of the Low Level with all their might*

Athena: Give it your all! Adeona!!

Main: We're not backing down so easily!!

*The clashes were getting even more intense as neither bey was willing to back down from the fight! Blasts of purple and gold shot from the stadium as powerful winds shook the arena*

Athena: Adeona!!!

Main: Michael!!!

*Michaels avatar roared loudly as rows of serrated teeth were exposed from its knight-like mouth! Michael started to speed up as bolts of electricity began to circulate around it*

Main: It ends now! Supreme Lightning!!

Athena: Alright Adeona, Let em have it! Final Saber: A!!!!

*The 2 beys clashed with incredible force and Michael was sent flying back upon impact! The stadium blew up with a burst of energy and Michael went flying up in front of Mains shocked face and finally burst, golden particles came off of the layer and driver, almost as if something was leaving it*

Referee: Final Adeona with a Burst Finish! Athena Valhalla wins with a final score of 3-0!!

*The crowds burst into cheers as everyone in the arena was happy and excited!*

*Bella and the others were also just as ecstatic as the other people in the crowd*

Bella: S-She actually did it..!!

Rangara: That was the coolest battle i've ever seen! Way to go Athena!!

Ikari: I knew she could do it!!

Lane: Athena.. you did great out there, Mom will be proud of you..

*Athena walked over to Mains side of the stadium as he was piecing his bey back together from the burst*

Athena: Main..?

*Main held up his bey and a small smile appeared on his face*

Main: I believed.. in Michael!

*Athena looked at him and smiled*

Athena: You.. I'm sorry for everything, i don't know what else to say but.. i'm sorry and you know why too..

*Main just looked at her and turned to walk away*

Main: You are forgiven.. and you were right about the Snake Pit, Ashtem needs to be stopped.

Athena: I think i already took care of that.

*Main stared at her in surprise and he simply smiled*

Main: Just what i wanted to hear..

*The 2 turned and saw Bella running up to the stadium with incredible running speed*

Lane: Wait what?

Rangara: WHAT!?! SHE WAS JUST RIGHT HERE!!!

Bella: Main!! It's our turn now!!!

*Athena and Main were both surprised and Main smiled once again*

Main: It's a deal! We battle tomorrow!!

Bella: Tomorrow it is! The Princess Of Darkness will prevail!!

*Main smirked as he held up Supreme Michael*

Main: The one who prevails will the Supreme Lord!!

*The rivalry between the 2 was now getting intense, both the bladers were staring each other down*

---Later that night---

*Athena laid on the beach alone as she stared off into the skies, she held her Final Adeona in her hand as the laid against the soft sand*

Athena: It's been a great journey with you Adeona and i can't wait to make more memories and have awesome battles with you! It's going to be so much fun!

*Adeona glowed in her hand as she continued to watch the stars, she finally felt at peace*

---Meanwhile---

*Main was in a Beylab all alone as he had finished repairs on Michael, Ashtem was gone and he was no longer his problem to worry about*

Main: It's a shame i lost.. But still, i found my resolve to be better. From this day forward, The Supreme Lord will focus on the fun in battle!

*Michael began to glow on the table as a ring of light emitted off of it*

Michael: I see you finally realized..

*Main was pulled into the Avatar world and Michael was standing in front of him*

Main: M-Michael..!

Michael: You seem to finally understand the thing you've been missing this whole time..

Main: Yeah..

*Main was brought closer to Michael as the void around them was shimmering with sparkles, Michaels eyes were starting to glow with a burning energy*

Michael: This is the true nature of a bond!

*The avatar world disappeared and Main started to smile, his aura glowing brightly*

Main: I will.. show the world the best battle in history!!

*Main continued to make the final repairs, his aura illuminating the room with its light! The battle would be the next day*
