*Training had not gone well since Adeline had joined the group, Athena and the others had all lost to Adeline by a Burst Finish to Athenas raw defenses*

Adeline: Come on guys, if you want me to train you then you're all going to have to do better than that.

*Bella stumbled to her feet and the others couldn't even get up*

Bella: I-I can still go on..

*Adeline sighed and picked up her stuff*

Adeline: Why am i even wasting my time?

*Adeline took her stuff and went about her day*

Lane: Well that's that i guess.

Athena: We all did super badly, i don't really blame her for leaving.

Lane: Wait- Where's Bella?

*Bella had left the group for now and she was sneakingly following Adeline to wherever she was going and eventually, she was lead back to the beach and Adeline was playing the violin again*

Bella: She's amazing.. i could watch her play all day long..

*The song that Adeline was playing was a song called Welcome by Savatage and the intensity of the song could be felt from where Bella was standing*

Bella: A-Amazing..

*Adeline continued to play the violin throughout the day and eventually, Bella decided to just run up to her*

Bella: Adeline!!

*Adeline finished her song and she looked over towards Bella who was sprinting down the beach towards her*

Adeline: What do you want?

Bella: I want you to train me even more!

Adeline: No way. You and your friend group are pathetic, if that's all you guys got then you have no chance against Main at all and Lane is supposed to be the first one going up against him.

Bella: So train him better! If me and Athena aren't battling him until later then just train him..

*Adeline just sighed*

Adeline: I realize now that training you guys is hopeless.

Bella: What do you mean by that?!

Adeline: We don't even know what the new Michael is capable of and Lane is a poor choice for a first opponent. In case you forgot, Michael is a stamina type while Lucifer is a defense type and think about it, who out of the two has the type advantage?

Bella: Michael..

Adeline: Exactly and i use a Defense Type Bey too and the only blader in your friend group is Rangara and his Ragnaruk and well... he has no business challenging Main in the first place. He couldn't even beat me!

Bella: You don't think he can do it?

Adeline: His bey was destroyed by Main before right? If he was to challenge Main again at his current power level then things would end the same way.

*Bella was starting to get incredibly frustrated*

Adeline: I'm sorry i had to spring this on you but this is the unfortunate, harsh reality you guys have to face. None of you are cut out to defeat him much less take him on, just accept it and move on with your lives.

Bella: Athena was able to beat him before! As well as Valt and Free!!

Adeline: For Athena it was pure luck. In the case of Valt and Free, they are top ranked Legends and have always been super powerful so it wasn't a surprise that they won too.

Bella: Or do you just not have any faith in us?

*Adeline sighed and kneeled down to her height*

Adeline: No. I really didn't. I expected you guys to fail so that's why after like 10 battles, i came out here and did what i do best.

Bella: I see..

*Adeline takes her by the shoulder before she could turn and walk away*

Adeline: The rest of them are hopeless but i do believe if you put forth more effort into your skills, you'll be a blader that can defeat him.

Bella: Athena already believes i can do that..

Adeline: And out of them all, i found you to be the most interesting out of them all.

Bella: And what about the others?

Adeline: They all proved to me that they are not worth the time and effort of training. With you, you're at least interesting enough to put up a fight at least. 

*Bella looked at her and turned away from her*

Adeline: B-Bella?

Bella: The thing is, i don't like it when people treat my family like they're nothing.. they may not be strong enough now but they're trying their hardest.

Adeline: What are you saying?

Bella: I'm not battling you until you battle them first, i don't care who wins or loses.

Adeline: Bella..

Bella: You vs them, a 2V1.

Adeline: You want them to team up against me?

*Bella nodded and Adeline sighed, getting to her feet*

Adeline: Fine, whatever makes you happy. But i'm still going to battle regardless of who wins.

Bella: That's the deal. It's a simple deal.

Adeline: Alright then, i'll gladly take them on and i'll crush them like i did earlier.

*Bella brings Adeline back to the group and Adeline held up her bey to Athena and Lane*

Adeline: You two, i want you both to team up against me.

Lane: A team up?

Athena: Sounds interesting.

*Adeline smiled as her bey was glowing brightly*

Athena: Alright then, we'll accept your challenge. A 2V1 it is then!

Adeline: Heres the deal. If you can beat me even once then you win the whole thing, that sounds pretty swell.

Lane: Sounds good to me.

Athena: I like the sound of that.

*Athena and Lane got set up at the stadium and the battle was about to begin and Rangara was the battles referee*

Rangara: Alright, 1st Battle!

Athena: Lane, let's do this!

*Lane nodded with a slight smile and the battle began*

Rangara: Ready Set!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*The 3 beys were off and Athena was the 1st one in the center and Adeona and Lucifer were racing around the stadium at full speed*

Athena: Let's show them what we can do!

Lane: Yeah!

*The 2 beys clash with Athena at full force with a powerful pincer attack*

Bella: They just might do it, they might actually win..

*The 2 beys disengaged and Lucifer was slowly trailing behind Adeona, matching its spin speed*

Adeline: Bring it on you two, show me what you can really do..!

Lane: I've been waiting for something like this!

Athena: Do it now!

*Lucifer slams into Adeona and gave it a big speed boost*

Adeline: So you're giving your partner a speed boost huh? Interesting..

*Adeona and Lucifer were now spinning side by side and they came in for another pincer attack*

Athena/Lane: It's time! Twin Press!!

*Adeona and Lucifer sandwich Athena with a devastating pincer attack and the 2 beys grinded against its defenses, trying to burst it. The Valhalla duo yelled out as their auras burst to life*

Bella: That's amazing.. So this is what Athena and Lane are like at their full power..!

Athena: Adeona!!

Lane: Lucifer!!!

*The stadium exploded with bursts of white and purple light, the bonds of Athena and Lane resonating throughout the arena! Adeline stood in wonder and amazement at what she was witnessing*

Adeline: This power.. I've never seen such powerful resonance before.. it's like i'm staring into the Suns violent inferno..!!

*Something in Adeline awakened and she felt a ton of power come forth*

Adeline: Athena!!

*The 3 beys were knocked back and they all raced around the stadium at full speed as Athena clashed back and forth in center with the 2, sometimes taking turns colliding with one of them*

Adeline: Blow them to pieces!

Athena: Finish this!

Lane: Burn them to ash!!

*The 3 beys clash with all their might and the beys were blown high into the air once again and Athena was the first to fall out of the stadium as Adeona and Lucifer stayed in the game*

Adeline: T-That's amazing..

Rangara: Legacy Adeona and Harbinger Lucifer are the winners!!

*Athena and Lane intertwined their hands and smiled victoriously as they picked up their beys*

Athena: Well that was great.

*Lane nodded with a smile*

Bella: T-That was amazing..

*Adeline reached down and picked up her bey and she smiled softly*

Adeline: You did well out there.. but we'll win next time for sure..

---Later---

*Adeline sat alone on the beach as she stared off into the vast sea, her violin equipment right next to her*

Adeline: Such a frustrating loss but.. maybe i misjudged them. Maybe they're interesting after all..

*Adeline noticed Bella standing next to her and the girl smiled*

Bella: You didn't forget about our deal did you? Let's battle!

*Adeline just looked up at her and smiled as she held up her bey*

Adeline: Alright then, i'm ready for a nice battle,

*The 2 found a nearby stadium and they got set up, ready to battle!*

Bella: I'm ready to win this battle, we're going to hold nothing back. Right Beherit?

Adeline: I lost to Athena and Lanes tag team but now let's see what you're capable of.

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*The beys were off and Athena had taken the center right off the bat as Beherit came charging in*

Bella: Obsidian Shoot!!

*Beherit started to fire off a barrage of attacks on Athena but it wouldn't budge at all, it was using the ring on the Atomic' driver to comeback from every attack and stay in the game*

Adeline: Knock them away! Shield Guard!!

*The golden energy barrier kept Beherit away and it knocked it back with a powerful counter*

Bella: Once more! Obsidian Shoot!!

*Beherit wails at Athenas defenses but couldn't manage to break through*

Adeline: Is that all you can do? Bring it on, give us more!!

*Beherits attacks couldn't land at all and the battle was seemingly over*

Bella: Go!!

*Beherits Forge driver was starting to sparkle a bit and it sped up immensely, its speed was nothing like anyone had ever seen before!*

Adeline: W-What the?!

*Beherit was drastically picking up speed as purple sparkles were trailing behind it*

Bella: Beherit is beginning the process of awakening! This is Beherits real power!!

*Adeline looked at her in wonder, her eyes widening*

Adeline: She has the same.. burning spirit as those two..!

*Adelines heart beat loudly as her red eyes flashed with a burning energy*

Adeline: Is this what i was missing from all of this? Is this what Beyblade means to Bella and the others?

*Beherit and Athena clashed again and Athena was now on the move*

Adeline: Athena!!

Adeline: Atomic Crash!!

*Athena rose up the stadium slope and used its momentum to launch Beherit high into the air*

Bella: Beherit!!

*Beherit turned bright gold as it started to accelerate even more, its light glowing bright as it clashed back and forth with Athena*

Adeline: A-Amazing..!

*Beherit was speeding up as it hits the rim of the stadium and Athena was starting to prepare for an attack as well*

Bella: Obsidian Thunder!!

Adeline: Shield Impact!!

*The 2 beys clashed with full force and the stadium erupted with a violent explosion and with all its might, Beherit burst straight through Athena with full force*

Adeline: T-That's incredible..

*Adeline fell on her back as the pieces of Athena fell to the stadium floor with a clang*

Adeline: I... I actually lost..?

*Bella ran over and held her hand out to Adeline and she looked up at her in wonder*

Bella: That was a fun battle!

*Adeline looked at Bella in wonder and took her hand as Bella pulled her to her feet*

Adeline: I've never lost before..

Bella: Well there's a first time for everything right?

*Adeline smiled and laughed*

Adeline: Yeah i suppose so.

*At that moment, Bella felt like something was watching her and when she turned around, Main Kuromi had returned and he was right there behind her*

Bella: Y-You!! What are you doing here?!

Main: I've come to take back my lost pride and i'll be starting my reign as the Supreme Lord with your defeat!

*Main held up his new bey and it began to glow with a purple and black aura*

Adeline: So that's his new bey..

Main: This is a bey fit for an Overlord, this is Supreme Michael. It is an Ultimate System Bey just like yours.

Bella: Supreme Michael..?!

*Mains Appearance was also completely altered. Gone was the casual outfit and Main was now wearing something a bit more dramatic, Main was now wearing a velvet robe with armored shoulder pads with a purple cross section and wore fingerless gloves with black nail polish. Main was also wearing a white cape that clasped together from the front and the cape had the letter M imprinted in purple along the back, the inside of the cape was red*

Main: So what do you say? Will you accept my challenge?

*Bella nodded and Main just smiled, a sinister aura swirling around him*

*The battle between the 2 ended as quickly as it began and Main walked away, leaving Bella who was shocked, alone on the beach*

Bella: What just... happened..?!

*Adeline was also in disbelief too, she had never seen such devastating power before*

Adeline: What devastating power...!

*Main stopped as a drone flew overhead and it had a small camera underneath it and began to record, Main held his arms out like he was some sort of god and the broadcast being put out was being broadcast to every corner of the world, including the people of Japan*

Main: Bladers of the Beyblade World! My name is Main Kuromi, The Supreme Lord! My declaration of war to the Legends, Newcomers and more is to challenge me here in Japan, my bey Supreme Michael is ready for anything you throw at us.

*Athena and the others finally made it to the beach and Main looked over at Athena with a vicious smile*

Main: And that blader over there, Athena Valhalla, will be my first opponent in the Reign Of The Supreme Lord!

*Athena frowned angrily as Main continued to smile, their auras touching and burning one another*

Athena: Your challenge is accepted, i didn't want to face you this quickly but i won't let you ruin the Beyblade World.

Lane: A-Athena?!

Athena: Lane! This is not the time for arguments!

Lane: What if something bad was to happen? Do you have any idea of how valued of a blader you are? Main could possibly take everything that meant something to you away, are you really willing to take that risk?

Athena: If it's for the future of the Beyblade World that i as a Legendary Blader have an oath to protect then yes, i will take that risk with no hesitation.

*Lane sighed and just looked at her, Athena looked back at Main*

Athena: Name the place and i'll be there.

Main: Sparking Arena and Sunset, don't be late.

*The broadcast shut off and Main started to walk away, Athena and the others watched as he walked past the current sunset with intense seriousness*

---Later that night---

*Athena and Lane stood together atop a large building overlooking the city of Japan and Athena watched as all the people were going home from their jobs*

Lane: I still can't believe you're doing this. I was willing to battle in your place..

Athena: He specifically challenged me. I wasn't going to let him take over this world like he thinks he owns the place.

Lane: There's more to it than that isn't there? Is there a specific reason you're willing to accept Mains challenges?

Athena: Unfortunately yeah, the thing is.. i want Main to experience a true fun battle regardless if he wins or loses, i was the one responsible for the destruction of his old bey in the past and i want us both to bring closure to this feud once and for all.

Lane: And what do you think he'll do to you to get that closure? He already destroyed Beherit and with his challenge today, he'll likely lure more to their destruction as well.

Athena: That's exactly why i accepted his challenge, to stop anything like that from happening.

*Lane grabbed his sister by the shoulders and spun her directly in front of him*

Lane: I don't say this often, in fact i don't say this at all but.. you mean more to me than the fun of Beyblade ever could, i don't want to see you get hurt by someone like him.

Athena: Lane...!

Lane: If you're going to that battle tomorrow then you can best believe i'm coming with you.

Athena: Lane no..!

Lane: No. I'm coming with you and that's that. If you're going down then i'm going down with you.

*Athena was nearly on the verge of tears, she couldn't control her emotions at all*

Athena: You're such an idiot..

*Athena jumped forward and hugged her brother tightly, the moonlight shining down upon them*

Athena: Let's end this once and for all..

Lane: Yeah..

*The 2 let go and they continued to watch the skies, small shooting stars flashing across the night sky*

Athena: Get ready Main, we're coming for you..
