*The day of the final matches of Block B Round 1 were about to start and Athena and her friends made it to the arena to watch*

Athena: It's gonna be Lui and his Longinus VS Xhaka and his Xcalibur, i'm very curious to see who wins this amazing battle.

Valt: Xhaka and Lui are both apart of the Spin Emperors along with Shu and Zac. A battle like this ought to be interesting.

Aiga: Xhakas strength is the real deal so i have a feeling he might come out on top.

Ranjiro: However, Lui is not one to be underestimated but you're right, Xhaka has proven to be a tough opponent for anyone, this could go either way.

*Athena listened to their conversation and she looked down towards the stadium as the match was about to begin*

*The 2 bladers arrive and they walk up to the stadium. It took no time at all and Lui was already bursting into a fit of laughter*

Lui: Xhakuenji Kaiza, i've been looking forward to the day where we finally get to battle.

Xhaka: Yeah, this Zone Xcalibur will send you flying! Think your almighty Longinus can be able to take its full force?

Lui: I was honestly about to ask you the same thing, if we're talking about raw power then Longinus will win 24/7! Xcalibur i'll admit has a good bit of raw power but Longinus is easily superior!

Referee: First Battle!!

*Both bladers take their position and the battle was about to start*

Referee: Ready Set!!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!!

*The beys land in the stadium and both beys race around the stadium at full speed*

Xhaka: Go Xcalibur!!

*Xcalibur wastes no time going on the attack and it begins to launch a fierce volley of blows as it forces its opponent to the wall and its attacks kept pinning it there*

Xhaka: Yes, keep it up!!

*Xcalibur keeps slamming it into the wall with each and every blow from its deadly metal sword*

Athena: If this keeps up, Longinus won't make through the battle long enough to even fight back!

Valt: I wouldn't be so sure about that.

*Everyone looks at Valt in surprise*

Valt: Lui won't be done in so easily.

---

Lui: Do you really think Longinus will fall to such a pitiful assault?

Xhaka: I do know that if this keeps up, Longinus won't have the stamina to be able to pull off an attack.

Lui: Is that what you truly believe? You're simply falling into my trap!!

*Longinus ricochets off the wall and manages to land a devastating counter and send Xcalibur flying back*

Xhaka: So that's what you were planning... You waited for the right moment to find an opening and counter? That's what you were after, wasn't it?

*Lui simply smiles a fierce and toothy smile as his fiery blue hair began to rage like a burning inferno*

Lui: I'll give you credit where it's due but don't think you've made a match for my Longinus just yet!!

*Longinus and Xcalibur come charging in and both beys were engaged in a fierce head to head collision! Streaks of blue and red burst from the stadium and flew past the bladers as the clash ensued*

Xhaka: Push them harder Xcalibur!!

Lui: Annihilate them Longinus!!

*Both beys get sent flying back and Xcaliburs disk moves into alignment with the Ring and Chassis*

Xhaka: It's time! Xcalibur!!!

Lui: Show them no mercy! Longinus!!

*Both beys come charging in towards the center and collide with full force as another big explosion bursts from the stadium! Both bladers yell out with full determination as their beys were sent flying back once more*

Xhaka: Sixth Impact! Follow it up with an X-Saber!!!

Lui: Raging Upper now!!!

*Both beys clash and Xcalibur was the one to burst*

Xhaka: N-No way..!!

Referee: Rage Longinus with a burst finish! Lui is the winner!!!

*Lui bursts out in a fit of laughter as he stared up at the laughing giant*

Lui: Looks like you managed to entertain me after all, that was a great battle but its such a shame that you lost!

*Xhaka pieced his bey back together and stared down at his fellow Spin Emperor*

Xhaka: Well i thought i had you on the ropes there for a moment, looks like i've got some catching up to do if i'm to defeat you!

*Athena who felt so awestruck by the battle looked down at her Adeona and then realized that she had some catching up to do as well*

---A little while later---

*The 4th and Final Match of Block B Round 1 was to start in a little while and Athena stood in one of the training rooms and Ranjiro stood with her*

Athena: I've mastered most of Adeona's abilities however there is one thing that i need to work on if i am to advance onward.

Ranjiro: I would assume it would be the Barrage' Driver right? It can mode change in battle and become more faster.

Athena: Yeah, Valt is not going to be an easy opponent to beat so if i am to beat him, i need to combine the power boost from the Barrage' Driver and the rubber attack from the Sovereign Ring and the Burst Lock.

Ranjiro: I see, well in that case, i'll gladly be your sparring partner!

*Ranjiro held up his bey which was the same exact bey that Rantaro used except the colors were reversed, the Glide ring was Silver and the Ragnaruk chip was orange with a dark blue core. It had the same parts and everything*

Athena: Glide Ragnaruk huh? Interesting!

*Both bladers get set up at a stadium and their training round began*

Athena: Ragnaruk is a stamina type just like Rantaros however, this is Ranjiro we're talking about here so he's probably got a different style than his brother but we'll see soon enough..

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!!

*The 2 beys land in the stadium and Ragnaruk immediately took the center as Adeona sped around the stadium, its Barrage' Driver deploying the POM tip from the rubber plate*

Athena: On a strong shoot, Adeona can attack with great ease and power without minimal stamina loss thanks to the POM tip that is deployed at the start of the battle..

Ranjiro: Let's kick things up a notch! Glide Tornado!!

Athena: That won't matter against our Adeona!!

*Adeona comes charging in and begins to fire off a barrage of attacks but none of them could seem to land on its opponent*

Ranjiro: What's wrong? Can't touch my Ragnaruk with speed like that!

Athena: Tch..! Keep going Adeona!!!

*Adeona keeps lashing out at Ragnaruk but couldn't get anywhere near close to it!*

Ranjiro: This is over, Glide Counter!!

*Using one of its big wings, Ragnaruk uses them to send Adeona flying high into the air*

Athena: We're not done!

*Adeona lands back in the stadium and the Barrage' Driver began to activate*

Athena: Alright now! Barrage Boost!!

*Adeona races ahead but its movements were uncontrollable and it was all over the place*

Athena: W-What is this?!

Ranjiro: It's movements are so erratic...

*Adeona slams into the wall with incredible force and all of its stamina was done! Adeona wobbles towards Ragnaruk as it eventually comes to a complete stop*

Athena: W-What is going on...?

Ranjiro: It would appear that you still cannot control Adeona.

Athena: What are you talking about? I was controlling fine in my battle with Daina and all the battles before then!!

Ranjiro: That might be true to an extent but what about using it to its complete potential?! Adeona is capable of accelerating to greater heights but all this time, you've been holding back on its true potential.

*Athena picks up her bey and she looked down a bit sad but she knew Ranjiro was right*

Athena: Yeah..

Ranjiro: Big Bro and Shu's match is about to start, we should be going. We can continue this later.

*Athena nods and follows him*

*The first battle of the last match of Round 1 was on! Spriggan was in its Right Spin Attack Mode as it comes charging in towards Ragnaruk at top speed*

Rantaro: Bring it on Shu, try and take this on for size! Glide Tornado!!!

*Ragnaruk summons its tornado and manages to stop Spriggans attack and sent it flying*

Rantaro: How's that? With Ragnaruks supreme Stamina, Spriggan is as good as toast!!!

Shu: Is that so?

*Spriggan heads onto the Upper deck and races onto the 4th Level and began to ride the slope as it came back down for the blow*

Shu: Now Go!!

Rantaro: Like that would work either!!

*Ragnaruk catches Spriggan in its tornado and flung it back across the stadium*

Shu: Did you really think i was done yet?

Rantaro: W-What the-?!

Shu: Spriggan!!

Shu: Counter Break!!

*Spriggan tilts on its Unite' Driver and accelerates at top speed towards Ragnaruk, breaking through the tornado and bursting it*

Rantaro: N-No way!!

Referee: World Spriggan with a burst finish! Shu Kurenai is the winner!!

*Athena and Ranjiro had arrived at the last minute so they pretty missed the entire battle*

Athena: Aw man! We missed it!!

Ranjiro: And on top of that, Shu is the winner! Which means...

Athena: Yeah...

---Later that day---

*Athena took a look at the Spreadsheet for the 2nd Round and the matches were Athena VS Valt and Aiga VS Drum in Block A and for Block B, it was Lane VS Free and Shu VS Lui!*

Athena: Valt is my 2nd Round opponent, looks like everyone else has got some strong opponents too.

*The door behind her opens and Ranjiro entered the room as he was combing his gigantic hair*

Ranjiro: Looks like you got a tought battle ahead of you.

Athena: Yeah, i'll be facing Valt next. This will surely be fun!

Ranjiro: And tough too, you know how strong Valt is. He's the Legend Of Legends after all, beating him at this point will be no easy feat.

Athena: I know, Valt is incredibly strong as he has proven before, however i need to master Barrage Boost before i can face off against him.

Ranjiro: Alright then, your battle is tomorrow so we need to get this started, waiting to the last minute isn't really a good idea.

Athena: Yeah, let's get started.

*Both bladers get set up at a stadium and the battle began*

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*The beys land in the stadium and Ragnaruk takes the center immediately! Adeona races around the stadium with maximum power as its POM tip was deployed*

Athena: Let's go!!

*Adeona races in and began to fire a barrage of attacks on Ragnaruk as its lock was advancing and was blocked thanks to the Burst stopper*

Ranjiro: Get out of there, Ragnaruk!!

*Ragnaruk manages to escape and it races up the stadium slope and heads back towards the center for an attack of its own*

Ranjiro: Show them our true power! Glide Counter!

*Using its big wings, Ragnaruk knocks Adeona away and it went flying towards the wall*

Athena: Adeona! Hang in there!!

*Adeona slams into the wall and used its rubber to absorb the impact and launch itself off the wall with a bit more momentum*

Athena: Alright, looking good!!!

Ranjiro: She used the rubber on the Sparking Ring to rebound off the wall and gain a bit more momentum?! 

*The Barrage' Driver began to shrink and the POM tip was beginning to retract*

Ranjiro: Here it comes...

Athena: Now! Barrage Boost!!

*The Barrage Driver shrunk down to a rubber plate and began to accelerate to great speeds as it raced around the stadium at full speed! Adeona began to wobble a bit as it looked like it was starting to lose control!*

Athena: Adeona, hold on!!!

*Adeona managed to regain its control and it soared around the stadium at incredible speeds that have never been recorded by a bey ever*

Ranjiro: T-That's incredibly fast! How's it doing that?!?

Athena: Now Adeona!!!

*Adeonas flare glowed to life*

*Adeona lands another fierce attack on Ragnaruk only to be countered by it again! Ranjiro bites straight through his loli-pop as he started to get serious*

Ranjiro: We're going to absolutely knock you out of the ring! Ragnaruk!!!

*Ragnaruk retakes the center as its aura glowed bright*

Ranjiro: Let's go! Super Tornado!!!

Athena: Break through them! Sovereign Symphony!!

*Adeona comes charging in and was stopped by Ragnaruks tornado*

Ranjiro: I've won!!

Athena: Is that so..?

*Adeona, with one final push, manages to push through the vortex and makes contact with Ragnaruk and causes it to burst*

Ranjiro: W-What the-?!! Impossible!!

Athena: Alright!!!!....

*Athena fell back and she was out like a light, the battle had completely worn her out. Ranjiro completely deadpans at the fact she fell asleep so quickly, especially after she defeats him in battle*

Ranjiro: Seriously!?! You beat me and NOW you fall asleep!!?

*The door opened once again and Ranjiro looks back and sees Aiga standing in the doorway*

Ranjiro: Aiga..!

Aiga: What do you think?

Ranjiro: Definitely an interesting one to say the least, girl passed out a second after she burst my Ragnaruk!

Aiga: Yeah, she's done that a few times before and i now know why.

Ranjiro: What is it?

Aiga: It's overexertion, She overexerts herself from using her Flare to its fullest potential. Lane overexerts himself every battle but he's more resilient to passing out from it but that doesn't mean it hasn't taken a heavy toll on his body.

Ranjiro: What happens if she continues this? Ya know, overexerting herself or whatever.

Aiga: I don't know but Athena really needs to take it easy otherwise the consequences won't be pretty...

---Later That Night---

*Athena had woken up a few hours later and she stands in one of the training rooms as she thought about the coming battles once again*

Athena: I'm up against Valt tomorrow, ive gotten a bit of control on Barrage Boost but now i may have to use it against him, this can go either way i suppose..
