*The Tag Battle was about to begin and Lane was smiling an evil smile as all of them took their positions and the Tag Battle was about to start*

Referee: Tag Battle!!

Athena: Dark Matter Lucifer.. just what kind of bey is it?

Valt: Let's see what that bey is capable of..!

Referee: Ready Set!!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*The 4 beys land in the stadium and Lucifer immediately took the center with very quick speed as its wings were expanded and Fafnir was racing around the stadium as it came in for a head on collision with Valkyrie*

Valt: I'll handle Fafnir, you handle Lucifer!!

Athena: Yeah!

Free: Bring it!!

*Valkyrie and Fafnir were locked in a fierce head to head clash and Adeona charges straight for Lucifer with full speed*

Athena: Let's go!!

Lane: Bring it on if you think you can!!

*Adeona slams into Lucifer with full force but gets blown back from its incredible defense*

Athena: Tch.. keep trying!!

*Adeona keeps on going and fires a fierce barrage of attacks on Lucifer with all its might*

Lane: You really think attacks like those will break through our defenses?!

*Lucifer sends Adeona flying once again as Valkyrie and Fafnirs clash continued*

Valt: Send them flying with your Brave Sword!!

Free: Fafnir!! Mirage Claw!!

*Fafnir was starting to push Valkyrie back and Adeona comes charging in for the rescue*

Free: What the?!

Athena: Knock em out of here!!

*Adeona charges in from behind and knocks Fafnir out of the stadium with full force*

Free: Tch..!

Valt: Nicely done Athena, now let's finish up with Lucifer!!

Athena: Yeah!!

*Lane just simply smiles as his eyes began to glow with a fierce purple aura*

Lane: It's no use, you should just give up while you can!

Athena: We're never going to give up ever!!

Valt: Yeah, we're gonna end this battle!!

*Lane simply smiles as the ring on Lucifers Dropper driver began to glow as it slowly began to fall closer and closer to the stadium*

Athena: What is it doing?!

Valt: What is that?!

Lane: Dark Matter Dropper!!

*The ring that surrounded the ball was now covering up a bit more of the ball and the ring was closer to the floor of the stadium now*

Athena: No matter, let's end this Valt!!

Valt: Yeah!

Athena/Valt: Let's go!!

*Both beys attacked together and their barrage of attacks were fast and fierce but none of them could break through Lucifers defenses! Adeona comes charging in and deals a vicious attack but Lucifer immediately recovered from it*

Athena: Our attacks aren't working! Lucifer is invincible!!

Valt: It's that driver! Because of the ring being lowered closer to the stadium, it's pretty impossible to move it out of the center!!

Lane: And that's not all, because of it being apart of the Spark-Drive System, Bursts are next to impossible! This new Lucifer is the ultimate bey in the world!!

*Adeona and Valkyries onslaught continued and Lucifer began to glow with its evil flare!*

Valt: Valkyrie!!!

Athena: Adeona now!

Adeona: Leave this to me..!

*Both beys slam into Lucifer and a massive explosion rings out and Lane smiles as he roars out loudly as his Flare burned to life! The 2 beys go flying and Valkyrie burst*

Lane: Alright!

*Lane gasped as he saw Adeona falling back down from the skies and landed back in the stadium somewhat untouched*

Lane: How did it..?!

Athena: Your bey isn't the only one who is apart of the Spark-Drive System!

*Adeona had managed to disengage before it could deal serious damage to both beys, Adeona had only caught the tail end of Lucifers outburst*

Lane: Athena...!!!

Athena: Adeona now!!

*Adeona hits the wall and it goes flying into the sky and dives straight for Lucifer*

Lane: Lucifer!!

*Adeona lands on top of Lucifer and both Avatars clash in their world! Both bladers stare each other down and Lucifer gets knocked back and tilts on its Dropper Drivers lowered ring and was now on the move*

Lane: Dark Matter Slash!!

*Lucifers burst stopper blades glow with a streak of pink light and it accelerates and it slams into Adeona with full force and sent it flying out of the stadium with a powerful blow*

Lane: Tch.. No burst..?!

Referee: Mirage Fafnir and Dark Matter Lucifer are the winners!

*The crowd erupts into cheers as Athena looks down at her fallen bey with incredible frustration*

Free: Valt, that was a great battle as always and you Athena, that wasn't bad but you're better than that.

*Athena looked at Free with a bit of surprise and he turned and walked away and she looked over at Lane who was resetting his beys abilities*

Lane: What he means to say is, you suck.

*Lane laughed like a maniac as he turned and walked away and followed Free! Athena looks back down as she was starting to get extremely angry*

---A Little While Later---

*Athena walked through the halls of the Cruise Ship and she hears the sound of beys clashing in one of the training rooms, she slightly peeks through the door and she saw Aiga and Phi training together*

Aiga: Our opponents are Xhaka and Drum, both of their beys being attack types so our best move would to both go on the defensive and defend against their attacks.

Phi: Well my Phoenix is a Defense Type so i've already got that part covered, the problem is that Xcalibur has incredible attack power so even if i use my Armor, Xcalibur can still manage to do a burst.

Aiga: Which is exactly why you're going to deal with Drum first, Dragon doesn't have as much attack power as Xcalibur so even if he knocks the armor off you're not going to burst as easily as you probably would have against Xcalibur.

Phi: I see.

Aiga: In that case, i'll be going with no sword or shield because we're gonna utilize your Armor to its greatest potential. Xcalibur nor Dragon both will be able to withstand Phoenixs armor when it goes on the offensive.

---Meanwhile---

Drum: Our match is about to start, i'm getting so pumped!

Xhaka: Yeah, Achilles and Phoenix are definitely strong beys but they're not gonna be able to handle our heat.

Drum: Yeah, we're really gonna get serious!

*the 2 teams were called up to their match and both of them rode the lift to their match! When they get to the top, the 4 bladers walk up to the stadium*

Aiga: Phi, let's blow these guys away!

Xhaka: Blow us away huh? Your strategy was incredibly obvious, you both are going to weaponize Phoenixs armor and throw us both off balance. That kind of plan won't work on us!

Phi: Looks like we're just going to have to just work with what we got

Aiga: Yeah, looks like we're gonna need a different plan.

Referee: Tag Battle!!

*The 2 tag teams take their positions and the battle was about to start*

Referee: Ready Set!!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*The 4 beys land in the stadium and Phoenix took the center immediately as Dragon comes charging in for the attack*

Drum: Let em have it, Dragon!!

*Dragon slams into Phoenix with full strength as it tried to push it out of the center*

Phi: Phoenix!

Aiga: Achilles!!

*Achilles comes in alongside Phoenix and both of them start pushing Dragon back, the 3 bladers start yelling out with fierce battle cries as Xcalibur rode the 4th Level and began to accelerate down the slope*

Drum: Xhaka now!

Xhaka: X-Saber!!

*Xcalibur comes charging in and it blows all 3 beys away and Dragon and Achilles burst from the impact. Xhaka smiles but immediately was surprised as he notices Phoenix falling down from the skies*

Phi: You didn't really think that attack was going to finish me off did you?

*Phoenix lands back in the stadium and races around the stadium, Xhaka looks over next to Phi's foot and saw that the Eternal Armor had come off and was launched into the skies

Xhaka: So he used that Armor to resist being burst from X-Saber...

*Phoenix climbs the slope of the stadium and tilts on the rubber of the Friction Driver and starts to gain some immense speed as does Xcalibur*

Phi: Phoenix!!

Xhaka: Full force! Xcalibur!!

*Both beys collide and the stadium erupts in a ball of flames as both beys clash with all their might as both of them weren't backing down! Both beys disengage and were then locked in a head to head clash*

Xhaka: X-Saber!!

*Phi simply grins as the Eternal Armor came falling back down*

Phi: Eternal Armor Press!!

*Phoenix and its deadly armor slam into Xcalibur as the stadium erupts with another ball of fire and Xcalibur goes flying and burst*

Xhaka: W-What..!?!

Referee: Eternal Phoenix and Infinite Achilles are the winners!

*The crowd explodes with loud cheers and Drums face was getting red hot*

Drum: AW MAN WE LOST!!!

Xhaka: Yeah, that's my bad- Uuugh!!

*Drum was now staring at Xhaka with a very scary expression*

Drum: I knew we should have went with our plan!

Xhaka: Yeah.. ha, that's my bad..

---Later That Night---

*Athena went back to her room on the Cruise Ship and she noticed a note on the door, She peeled it off and read it*

"Come to the Asahi Family Restaurant when you have the chance"

*Athena took a look at the note and she sighed and went over to the Asahi House. When she gets there, she hears noise coming from inside the house and she goes in and all the Legendary Bladers were inside and they were all eating a plate of spaghetti. Hikaru and Hyuga immediately give her a plate with a smile*

Athena: What's going on?

*Wakiya came forward with some big news*

Wakiya: Well the WBBA has made some arrangements and they want the Sparking Legend Tour to start in at least 4 days, the fans are starting to get bored with the constant exhibition matches and they want the tournament to begin already

Athena: What are we gonna do?

Wakiya: Well the scheduled day for us to even be out on the seas was 1 week from today and there have even been some changes to the tournament itself.

Athena: Like what?

Wakiya: Well i for the most part agreed with this and the tournament has been split into 3 stages. In the 1st Stage, there will be 4 Tag Battles where everyone participates in, in the 2nd Stage there will be 2 Battle Royales in which you'll face off against your own group and the 3rd and Final Stage is the main tournament where you will fight in a single elimination style bracket.

Athena: What is the point of this though?

Wakiya: I don't know, for once i wasn't the one who made the rule. My guess is as good as yours.

---A Little While Later---

*After everyone left the Asahi Family Restaurant, Athena went over to the beach and she stared off into the night sky*

Athena: So the Sparking Legend Tour is in 4 days from tomorrow and it's been spiced up a bit, all this adrenaline is making me feel all sorts of tingly, Adeona.. i wasn't this excited for the Legend League so what's going on now? I guess maybe i'm finally going to defeat Lane and bring him home.. Adeona, a shining bright Flare rests within Lanes heart but i'll give him the push he needs in order to bring it out..

*Adeona began to glow and Athena notices Shu coming out of the house*

Athena: Shu..?

Shu: So Dark Matter Lucifer huh?

Athena: Yeah, a Defense Type apart of the Spark-Drive system.. I would never have thought that Lucifer could get even more powerful than it already was.

Shu: I saw the battle earlier, Lucifers defenses have gone way up and it appears to be a lot harder to burst than before.

Athena: Because it has burst stoppers just like my Adeona. with a Spark-Drive Shoot, it can deploy wings that activate Burst Stoppers.

Shu: Well regardless of what it's abilities are, we'll find a way to beat it.

*Athena smiles and she looks up at the night sky*

Athena: Yeah, for sure.

---A Little While Later---

*Athena heads back to Lanes abandoned factory and she has a look around in the facility, she sees Lane sitting on one of the crates and he looks up at her*

Lane: What do you want?

*Athena stared down at Lane as she held up her Sovereign Adeona*

Athena: It's fairly simple, i want to battle against your new Lucifer.

Lane: Really? Even after your pathetic performance earlier, what makes you think i'm gonna let you battle me again so soon?!

*Athena just smiles smugly as her eyes flashed*

Athena: I wonder..

*Lanes eye flashed in response as he got to his feet and held up his Dark Matter Lucifer and it began to glow with an aura of darkness*

Lane: Alright then, but you'd better entertain me this time..

*Both bladers walk up to the stadium and start to get set up*

Athena: Lane.. i will not allow you to enter the Sparking Legend Tour like this, i won't let you cause mayhem in the tournament as you destroy others beys!

Lane: A Spark-Drive System Bey too huh? Well then this ought to be interesting!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

---Meanwhile---

*Wakiya and Valt stood on the bow of the Cruise Ship and stared off into the Night Sky*

Valt: So The Sparking Legend Tour is finally about to begin, All the Legendary Bladers including Athena and Lane in one place.

Wakiya: Yeah, this will definitely be a tournament for the history books.

*They turn and they saw Rantaro, Daina and Shu all standing behind them*

Valt: You guys?

Rantaro: Don't think you're the only ones who are getting fired up!

Daina: Me and Deathscyther aren't going to hold anything back.

*Shu just smiles at the group*

Valt: Well yeah, Me and Valkyrie won't be holding back either.

*Wakiya just smiles as he watched the group talk*

Wakiya: Just like old times..

*Everyones thoughts were interrupted as the saw Drum Koryu running up the deck of the ship*

Valt: Drum?

Drum: Valt, somethings up!

Wakiya: What is it?

Drum: It's Athena! I was going to have such a serious battle with her but i can't find her anywhere!!

Valt: I'm sure she's off training somewhere, she'll be around.

*A loud and earsplitting explosion breaks the sound barrier and everyone looks toward the source of the explosion: Lanes Factory! A beam of energy emerges from the roof of the factory and it shoots into the sky*

Valt: That can't be good.

Wakiya: No it can not!

*Everyone leaves the boat and they rush to the Abandoned Factory immediately*

---At The Factory---

Lane: Well it would appear that Adeona is a true Spark-Drive Bey, it would seem you've gotten a bit stronger since the Tag Battle.

Athena: Well since there's no one here but us, i can all out as much as i need to.

Lane: We had those pesky legends in the way earlier so i never really got to show my Lucifers true power either, you've seen the extent of its abilities but you've seen nothing yet.

Athena: Oh really now, you're saying Lucifer has more strength than what was displayed at the Tag Battles? 

Lane: Absolutely, i had mercy on you then but now i won't be holding anything back now. I already got what i needed from Adeona so i didn't see the reason to break you again, unless i get bored and if Lucifer demands it.

Athena: Whatever you say..

*Both of their auras began to flow into the air and their flares were burning brightly. Athena and Lane stare each other down as the next battle was about to begin*
