---Later That Evening---

*Wakiya had gathered 8 out of the 20 legendary bladers into the arena and they were: Athena, Valt, Aiga, Sisco, Free, Phi, Drum and Xhaka*

Wakiya: You have all been called here because we are going to do a practice tournament here on the Cruise Ship! The matches will be randomized so you all have no idea who you will face.

*The 8 bladers profile icons appeared on the screen above and they were all being randomized! The matches were finalized and the results were in. the ground opened up and a new stadium finally had arrived, the stadium had a normal circular shape in the middle and it had a upper deck that split off into 3 different levels on both sides*

Valt VS Free

Aiga VS Phi

Athena VS Sisco

Drum VS Xhaka

Athena: I got Sisco huh? Interesting..

Aiga: I'm up against Phi? I'll take it.

Valt: Sweet! I'm up against Free!

Drum: I'm up against the big guy? This ought to be seriously good!

*The battles had begun and the first match was Athena VS Sisco! Both bladers walk up to the Stadium and Sisco began to push up his glasses as he smirked*

Sisco: So i'm up against you huh? You had better make this interesting.

*Athena smiled brightly as she held up her bey Adeona!*

Athena: You can count on it, i'm not holding anything back this time!

Referee: Bey-check!

*Both bladers handed each other their beys and they inspected them*

Athena: I've battled Satan before so i know its strengths and weaknesses but i can't underestimate Sisco under any circumstance.. even though i know a lot about him.

Sisco: From the looks of things, looks like Adeona has awakened again.. Before it could only do small bound attacks and now it looks like its 3rd stage allows it to deal even stronger ones, looks interesting to say the least but lets see how it plays out in battle.

*Both beys hand their beys back and the battle started*

Referee: First Battle! Ready Set!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*Both beys land in the stadium and Satan took the center immediately*

Sisco: Well would you look at that? A free center for me!

Athena: Only because i let you have it..

Sisco: What?!

*Athena smiles and Adeona began to rush in with the attack*

Athena: Send it flying with all you got!

*Adeona collides in Satan with incredible force and knocked it into the air. Satan recovers and uses the ring on its Universe Driver to speed up*

Sisco: Get in there! Universe Drift!!

*Satan drifted in and and sent Adeona flying on to the upper deck and it accelerated up onto the 2nd level and was getting even faster*

Athena: Adeona! Charge!!

*Adeona rushes off the 2nd level and dove straight towards Satan at top speed*

Sisco: Stop them with Roller Defense!!

Athena: Bound Crush!!

*Adeona lands on top of Satan and it uses its new bound wings to burst it instantly*

Sisco: S-Seriously?!

Referee: Guardian Adeona with a burst finish! Athena Valhalla is the winner!!

Athena: YES!!! WE WON!!

Sisco: Heh, not bad but next time you won't be so lucky!

*Sisco picked up his beys pieces as he turned and walked away, Athena smiles after him*

---A little bit later---

*Drum and Xhakas match was now starting and it was time for the 2nd round to begin. Both bladers walk up to the stadium and Drums face was getting super red and scary as Xhaka looked repulsed*

Xhaka: W-What is with this guys face..?!

Drum: We're gonna get super serious and knock Xcalibur out of the park!!

*Xhaka unleashes a loud and booming laugh as Drum was getting even more heated*

Xhaka: Man you're funny! But let's see if your skills can back that up!

Referee: First Battle!

*Both bladers took position and the battle was about to begin, their auras glowing super bright*

Referee: Ready Set!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*Both beys land in the stadium and race around the stadium at high speeds as both beys were attacks types*

Drum: Alright Dragon, get in there!!

*Tempest Dragon tilts on its Charge Metal driver and begins to speed up greatly towards Zone Xcalibur*

Drum: Dragon Shoot!!

Xhaka: It's no use, cut them down with Double Impact!!

*Both beys clashed and a powerful gust of wind emerges from the stadium and whips in their faces as the fierce brawl continued. Both beys get blown back as Xcaliburs disk moves once*

Xhaka: Dragon can be awakened in the middle of battle from a bound mode to an awakened mode which increases its attack power but my Xcalibur is unrivaled when it reaches its aligned state..

*Dragon and Xcalibur clash once more and Dragons wings extend and lock into place as Xcaliburs disk and frame became perfectly aligned with the metal sword on the ring*

Drum: Time to get serious! Dragon!!

*Dragon entered its infamous Rainbow Turbo as it began to head up to the upper deck and headed onto the 3rd level and began to gain even greater speed as it raced down the slope at top speed*

Xhaka: Let em have it! Xcalibur!!

*Dragon heads back into the main stadium and it heads right for Xcalibur*

Drum: Time to get serious! Tempest Break!!

Xhaka: Cut them to pieces with X-Saber!!

*Both beys collide and a massive explosion erupts from the stadium and both beys go flying up into the air as Dragon and Xcalibur burst at almost the same time*

Drum: What?!

Xhaka: Tch..!!

Referee: Zone Xcalibur with a burst finish! Xhaka is the winner with a score of 2-0!!

*The battles were over for the day, Valt and Aigas matches were gonna start the next day. Athena lied down on the bed in one of the ships bedrooms, the ship had a bedroom for each and every legend in S-Tier. Athena held Adeona above her face as thoughts began to run through her head*

Athena: Lucifers barrier is gone from our battle at the Snake Pit and Lane took away my Nexus Mark for good, makes me wonder how much stronger he'll get after all of that..

*Athena eventually went outside to the front deck of the ship and she stared off into Japans gorgeous night sky. Boa eventually came out with her and stood next to her*

Athena: Boa..?

Boa: i didn't ask before but how did it go at the Snake Pit?

Athena: It went pretty well, i lost against Lane though..

Boa: Yeah.. you might have a little ways to go before you can beat Lane again.

Athena: I'm not worried about that, i'm worried about Adeona.. i don't want to have it destroyed again, i went down that road in the Legend League Finals and i refuse to go through that again! Because i don't what i'm gonna do if it happens again..

Boa: He removed that mark of yours, didn't he?

Athena: Yeah, and i'm glad. I was tired of that thing controlling and morphing me into something i wasnt, i even found out that whole thing was Lanes fault in the first place. but yeah, i'm honestly better off without it.. but the problem is that he took it for himself and made himself even stronger by taking it.

Boa: Well that's not good. Because of that, his mark is going to evolve even quicker. If it already had during your battle with then rest assured, that's not the end of Lanes true power.

*After a while, Athena finally went back in and she actually went into the arena of the Cruise Ship. She looks down at the stadium as she thought of Lane and the battle she dreamt they would at some point have in this stadium*

Athena: Adeona.. i don't know about you, but being in this tournament with all the great Legendary Bladers is really making me fired up. I know i'll face Lane here in the finals.. i just know it.

---The Next Day---

*The first battle up was Valt VS Free and the battle had already begun*

Valt: Alright Valkyrie, show them what you've got!!

Free: Get in there Fafnir!!

*Both beys collide at full power as their auras glowed as brightly as their spirits*

Free: End this! Nothing Break!!

*Fafnir speeds up thanks to the gimmick of the Nothing Driver and comes back in for a full powered strike against Valkyrie!*

Valt: We won't let you!

*Valkyrie dodges the blow and began to speed up as it rushed to the upper deck and onto the 3rd level*

Valt: Valkyrie!!

*Valkyrie begins to speed up even more as Fafnir was gearing up for an attack as well*

Free: It's time! End this Fafnir!!

*Valkyrie rushes off the 3rd level and speeds straight toward Fafnir at top speed*

Valt: Full power! Brave Sword!!

Free: Mirage Claw!!

*Both beys slam into a massive collision as a burst of fierce winds erupt from the stadium and it releases a super loud explosion sound that shook the arena around them. Valkyrie bursts straight through Fafnir as its rubber swords glowed with a golden light*

Free: N-No way..

*Valt smiles as his bey loses momentum and stops*

Referee: Brave Valkyrie with a burst finish! Valt Aoi wins with a score of 2-0!!

*Athena watches as her Adeona began to glow with a white aura which indicated it wanted to battle now*

Athena: So Aiga or Phi.. who's gonna win and which of them am i going up against next..?
