~almost all Athenas life, she grew up without a dad in her life and she had pretty bad anxiety and depression when she was younger. At 7 years old because of a rather visible birth mark that was on her right shoulder, she and Lane both became homeschooled and Elaina eventually found a new job. She never truly loved her father, mainly because he was so abusive and hateful to the family he tried to raise. He died in a bar shootout on her 6th birthday. Even though Athena always tried seeing the good in people it was impossible in her dads case.. And then came the New York Bulls where everything changed..~

*Athena and Lane took position as the second battle began*

Lane: This will be the final round as I shatter Adeona into pieces!!

Athena: Yeah, good luck with that.

Referee: Second Battle!!

*Athena took a deep breath and relaxed, she fearlessly looked at Lane who had entered his Demon state*

Referee: Ready Set!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!

*Athenas launch was so strong, her launcher cracked even more*

*the beys landed in the stadium, Adeona wasted no time in unleashing a heavy attack on Lucifers barrier*

Athena: Say goodbye to that barrier!! Guiding Shoot!!

*Adeona attacked with all it had as it bombarded the barrier with heavy attacks*

Lane: Meaningless! Flare Wall!!!

*Adeona was blown back but it recovered and sped up in the L Plate*

Athena: Full power, Adeona!!!

*Adeona left the plate as it sped around the stadium*

Athena: Go, shine Adeona!!

Athena: Now burst!!!

*Adeona pushes through the barrier and sends Lucifer flying as it burst!*

Lane: W-What!?!

Referee: Guide Adeona with a burst finish!! Athena Valhalla earns 2 points! The score is now 2-2!

*the crowd cheered as Athena picked up her bey, Lane put his bey back together and screamed in frustration as his dark Flare raged out*

Athena: L-Lane?!

Lane: You'll regret messing with me!! Thats it, Adeona will be destroyed!!!

Athena: Like id let you!

Referee: Third Battle! Ready Set!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*the force of Athenas launch so intense that it shattered and she felt a massive surge of pain rush through her shoulder! However that didn't deter Adeonas speed as it landed in the stadium and zoomed around the stadium at high speeds*

Lane: It's about time!

*Lane chuckled as his Flare swirled around him, Adeona was dealing some very heavy blows as it tried forcing the barrier back*

Athena: Burn this guy into the ground!! Adeona!!

*Adeonas flare rised as it accelerated towards Lucifer*

Athena: Now go!!!

*Adeona clashed hard and forced Lucifer on its barrier, causing it to lose stamina*

Lane: Lucifer!!!

*Lucifer broke free as its Flare activated*

*both beys clashed as bolts of purple lightning shot throughout the arena! at that moment, Lucifer was starting to drain away Adeonas Flare!*

Athena: Wait!! Stop!!

*Adeona escaped as it tried to get away from Lucifer*

Lane: Nowhere to run little girl!!

*Lucifer caught up to Adeona and delivered a massive attack from behind*

Athena: No!!

*Lucifer launches Adeona into the upper deck and pushes it up against the wall, Lanes belts snapped off as he roared out. Athena screamed out in pain and determination as Adeona shook violently between the wall and Lucifers barrier*

Athena: Keep going!!

Lane: Incinerate Them!!!! Flaring Harbinger Press!!!

*suddenly, the sounds of a bey cracking filled the air which was followed by an ear splitting sound of a shatter. fragments of a bey flew in front of Athenas face as she made out what bey it was: It was Adeona. Athena was shocked*

Referee: Flare Lucifer with a burst finish! With a score of 4-2, Lane Valhalla is the Legend League Champion!!

*everyone watched as Lanes rank went up, however Lane did not advance into S-Rank! He was only 20 BeyPoints shy of replacing Rantaro at #15 in S-Rank. In pure rage and frustration, Lane screamed!! Athenas eyes began to well up with tears as she picked up the pieces of her bey and ran off stage. When Athena was all alone, she cried softly so nobody could hear her. Eventually, Elaina finds her*

Elaina: Athena? 

*Athena ran up and hugged her mother but squealed when too much pressure was applied to her injured shoulder*

Elaina: Honey... Dont tell me you pushed yourself too hard..

*Athena remained silent as she stayed close, Elaina sighed and walked her daughter to the doctors office*

-----Later That Evening, At The Doctors Office-----

*after a few X-Rays and examinations, Athenas injury wasnt as bad as expected but she couldn't blade or do any sort of physical activity for a few days. Later the next day, Athena walked out on the beach and listened to the waves. Shu then came out on the beach and stood with her*

Athena: Shu.. I-

Shu: Sure has been a while.

Athena: Haven't exactly seen you since the start of the tournament.

Shu: Yeah.. And I saw your match yesterday and im sorry to hear about Adeona.

Athena: Don't be, please!! You're not one who destroyed it in the first place..

Shu: Athena.. Yeah, i guess you're right. What're you gonna do now?

Athena: Well i need to worry about my injuries first, i can't return to blading until Im healed and get this brace off.

Shu: I can see that but what about after?

Athena: Well I do want to evolve Adeona further and get even stronger and when I do all of that.. I'll be ready to take on Lane again!

Shu: Sounds like you got almost everything figured out.

Athena: I do. And this is far from over... The story is only beginning!

Shu: And we'll be with you every step of the way.

Athena: "we"?

*Athena turned and saw all the legends and her mother were there, even bladers like Hyuga, Hikaru and Ranjiro were there too*

Athena: Y-You guys..

Shu: All of us will be there to help you train for your final battle.. And its like you said: The story is just beginning.

Athena: You're right and its thanks to all of you that I'm where I'm at today... 

*she took the broken fragments of Adeonas chip out of her pocket*

Athena: Adeona.. It'll take time but when you evolve, you'll be stronger than ever before! You can quote me on that!! And I'm sorry I couldn't do anything to stop your destruction but I promise you it won't happen again.
