*the sun was starting to set and everyone was going home. The stadium suffered major damage from the battles from earlier so Drums match was delayed until the next day. Athena sat on the beach alone as she watched the sunset*

Athena: Why Lane.. Delta didn't deserve that.. Nobody deserves to have their bey destroyed like that..

*Athena buried her head in her hands and cried. Meanwhile Elaina Valhalla: Athena and Lanes mother, arrived at Lanes abandoned factory. Lane was all alone as he looked up at Elaina*

Elaina: Lane? Honey, how are you?

*Lane said nothing. Instead of his usual arrogant look, he seemed a little depressed.*

Elaina: Lane? Are you ok?

Lane: Why.. Why did you come here?

Elaina: I wanted to see you and Athena battle in person and I missed you guys. Is there something wrong?

Lane: It's nothing..

Elaina: Did I do something? If so, please let me make up for it.

*Lane remained silent, he didn't feel like talking not even to his own family*

Elaina: Lane.. Im sorry if i have failed you and I want to make it up to you. But I can't do that if you don't tell me.

Lane: I told you its nothing!.. I don't want to talk to you!

Elaina: Doesn't look like "nothing", i know more than anyone that you regret EVERYTHING you've said and done over the past month.. You can't help but just WANT to apologize to her, but because of that bey you can't. Was it worth it?

Lane: Leave..

*Elaina sighed and left, not wanting to provoke him further. She went to her place to go to bed, she would visit Athena in the morning as a surprise*

*the next day came and Drum was getting so pumped his face was turning red*

Drum: Im seriously getting pumped up!!!

*Drum and Valt were called up to their match, Drum got even more pumped*

*Elaina found Athena In the bottom row and got a seat next to her*

Athena: Mom.. You made it!

*Elaina just smiled and took her daughters hand as the battle was about to begin*

Referee: First Battle! Ready Set!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*Dragon and Valkyrie land in the stadium, Dragon immediately heads to the Upper Deck*

Drum: Go Dragon!! 

*Dragon sped off the upper deck and zoomed toward Valkyrie*

Drum: Bound Wing!!

Valt: Oh no you don't! Brave Sword!!!

*both beys were sent flying out, Valkyrie however landed out first*

Referee: Tempest Dragon with a Over Finish, Drum Koryu gets 1 point!

*Drum started jumping up and down in excitement that he scored against Valt*

Valt: Not bad. Not bad at all!

Drum: Next it'll be a burst!

Referee: Second Battle! Ready Set!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*The battle began and Dragon was spinning super fast as rainbow colored sparkles emitted from it*

Valt: Thats-

Drum: This is it!! Rainbow Turbo!!!

*Dragon zoomed ahead as the colors of the Rainbow streamed behind it*

Valt: Very interesting! However that wont be enough!

*Valkyrie dodged Dragons attack and launched its own set of attacks, keeping Dragon at bay*

Drum: Keep pushing!

Valt: Hold them back Valkyrie!!

*Dragons wings awakened and both beys went flying*

Drum: DRAGON!!

Valt: Valkyrie!!

*Dragon and Valkyrie clashed head on as Dragon was getting close to bursting*

Drum: THIS IS HOW HEATED BATTLES SHOULD REALLY BE!!! TIME TO GET SERIOUS DRAGON! TEMPEST BREAK!!

Valt: Break through!! Brave Sword!!

*Dragon was so close to bursting that Valkyrie burst through it with no problem*

Drum: What?!

Referee: Brave Valkyrie with a burst finish, Valt Aoi wins!!

-------there was going to be dialogue between Drum and Valt here but i didn't have the time or the patience to write that because it would just be boring and irrelevant. Plus there is dialogue at the end thats more relevant and probably more interesting. Sorry for interrupting.-------

*it was time for final match of Round 1: Shu Vs Gwyn.*

Shu: Gwyn Ronny.. 1 Year ago he fought alongside HELL and now here he is as a Blading Legend.. From what I've gathered, his Genesis is a defense type.. Attack Mode wont work so i'll have to go with Right Defense Mode..

Gwyn: He's gonna use Defense.. Its useless no matter what.

Referee: First Battle! Ready Set!!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!

*the beys landed in the stadium. Genesis and Spriggan were going for the L Plate*

Gwyn: You think that'll work on me?

Shu: Knock him back!

*Spriggan blew Genesis into the other plate, however instead of going out it just stayed in the center of the plate, gathering speed*

Shu: Tch.. Whats it doing?

Gwyn: Now Genesis! Reform the universe with your violent spin! Utopia Cluster!!

*Genesis accelerated so much that a wall of wind was protecting it, Spriggan attacked but couldn't get close*

Shu: Go! Counter Break!!

Gwyn: Its useless.. Your Counter Break wont effect us at all.

Shu: We'll see about that!!

*Spriggans attacks were nullified and it started to wobble from stamina loss*

Shu: Keep going!

*Spriggans hits the rim and accelerates some*

Gwyn: What?!

*Spriggan was starting to pierce through the turbulent wall*

Shu: End this World Slash!!

*it was no use as Spriggan was blown out of the stadium instead*

Shu: Tch...

Referee: Utopia Genesis with a Over Finish! 1 point to Gwyn Ronny!

Gwyn: *smirks* as I predicted.. Next will be a burst, 3-0!!

*Shu changed to Left Attack Mode*

Referee: Second Battle! Ready Set!

3 2 1 GO SHOOT!!!

*Genesis headed to the R Plate and settled in its center and began to speed up*

Gwyn: Do it! Utopia Cluster!!

*a fierce wall of turbulence encircled Genesis as its speed kept on increasing*

Gwyn: Come on! You got nothing to hold back do you?

Shu: Attack!

*Spriggan accelerated and unleashed all it had at Genesis*

Shu: Go! Counter Break!

*Spriggan tilted on its Unite Driver and dealt a strong attack but was blown away*

Shu: Tch.. Is that thing invincible? I have one thing left..

*Spriggan heads to the upper deck and accelerates even more*

Gwyn: What are you planning?

Shu: Go now! Strike, Spriggan!!

*Shu's scar glowed a bright red as Spriggans avatar appeared behind him. Gwyns hair rised and flowed out*

Gwyn: Genesis!!

Shu: I'll be the one to face Valt! World Slash!!

Gwyn: Finish this! Utopia Big Bang!!

*Spriggan lands directly on top of Genesis as a massive explosion erupts from the stadium, both beys go flying. Genesis burst as did Spriggan moments later*

Referee: World Spriggan with a burst finish! Shu Kurenai wins 1-2!

----3 Hours later----

*Athena was introducing her mom to Valt, Aiga, Drum, Hikaru, Hyuga and Delta*

Aiga: So thats your Mom huh?

Athena: Yeah, She is the ruler of our own little kingdom.

Drum: Ruler? Kingdom!? Am i living in a fairytale?

Delta: That sounds amazing!

Valt: Kingdom huh?

Hyuga: So you're a princess?

Athena: Pretty much.

*Athena blushed hard as she got butterflies in her stomach. Nobody had formally addressed her as a princess since she was very little*

Elaina: Suns starting to set. We should be going.

*everyone said goodbye and headed home*

Elaina: Your friends are so sweet!

Athena: Yeah, they are sweet and I love them, just as much as I love you!

~Elaina smiled and hugged her daughter in a tight embrace and kissed her on the forehead. Athena smiled and snuggled close. For the first time in forever it felt like the good old days, Athena Valhalla finally felt so at peace and wanted to stay snuggled for eternity. It felt like youth. It felt like childhood. It felt like the days where Lane was happy and loving. It felt like.. Home.~
