"We've been underneath Rivendell this whole time?! That's impossible! How?" Esmerelda exclaimed.

"I don't know, let's go look for Aragorn." Legolas said.

So they all followed after Legolas, they searched everywhere for him but couldn't find him.

In fact, nobody was around.

"Where is everyone?" Frodo asked.

"They're just playing a game of hiding! We need to find them!" Esmerelda said.

"No, they aren't playing games." Legolas said.

They were all looking around when all of the sudden, a bunch of voices yelled behind them.

"SURPRISE!!!"

They all turned around to see a bunch of elves, Aragorn, Gandalf and the others, and even Arvendir, Merilwen, Ithilwen, and Listal. Who had finally woken up.

There was laughing and cheering, as they all stood there in confusion.

"What on Middle Earth is going on?" Esmerelda said as she stared at everyone.

"We surprised you! Didn't we?" Aragorn said as he came up to Legolas and gave him a friendly hug.

"You did but I am confused, what's the surprise for?" Legolas said as he looked at Aragorn curiously.

"You'll see! Tonight, once everyone else has arrived."

Legolas nodded his head, he was still confused.

"Legolas!" a voice called out from the crowd.

Legolas recognized the voice right away, "Livian?"

Livian appeared from the crowd, she ran up to Legolas and hugged him tightly.

"I was so worried! Are you alright?" Livian said as she smiled.

Legolas hugged her tightly, "I'm alright now."

Livian pulled away to see Milia coming towards her with her arms open wide, "Livian!"

She hugged her tightly and smiled, "Milia! I'm so glad you two are alright." Livian said.

"We were so worried! The hobbits couldn't sleep without knowing Frodo and Esmerelda were alright!"

"What about Prisca?" Milia asked.

"I asked them about it and they just gave me strange looks, I don't know why they did that."

Milia shrugged her shoulders, then looked at all the hobbits. They were hugging Frodo and Esmerelda, they were happy to see them.

But Prisca stood away from all of them, she watched them alone.

"I'll be right back." Milia said.

Livian and Legolas nodded their heads, then Milia walked over to Prisca.

"What's wrong?" Milia asked as she looked down at Prisca.

"Nothing."

"There's something wrong Prisca, you can tell me." Milia said.

"Well, I don't understand why none of the other hobbits are happy to see me. I mean, aren't they happy that I'm alright?" Prisca sighed.

Milia bent down beside Prisca and looked at her, Prisca looked at her too.

"It's probably because of what I did, and now they probably think I'm some kind of mean Hobbit." Prisca said.

"You aren't mean, I've been with you for the last few days. It's just sometimes we get angry and do things that we shouldn't do. Trust me, I've done it. Even the other hobbits have done it, we all make mistakes." Milia said.

Prisca smiled, "You're right Milia, and thank you."

Milia smiled and patted Prisca on the head, "You're welcome." said Milia. Then she went back over to Legolas and Livian.

Prisca felt happy after that, she knew what she needed to do now.

Apologize to Grinila, so she looked around for her.

She walked around, there were so many elves everywhere.

Prisca accidentally ran into someone, "Oops I'm sorry." she said.

Prisca looked up and saw Losider, "You're alright, you seem like you're looking for someone." Losider said.

"Yes, I'm looking for Grinila. Have you seen her?"

"You're in luck, I just saw her back there. She was standing alone."

Prisca smiled, "Thank you Losider."

"Anytime." Losider said.

Prisca made her way towards Grinila, she saw her standing alone.

Prisca walked towards Grinila, and took in a deep breath.

She was standing right in front of Grinila, who was staring at her.

"Look, Grinila. I'm very sorry for what happened the other day, I don't know what came over me. I'm just asking for your forgiveness, If you're willing to give it to me." Prisca said.

Grinila stared at Prisca strangely, "You came to me, to say you're sorry?"

Prisca nodded her head, Grinila laughed.

Prisca looked at her in confusion, "Did I do something wrong?"

"No, you didn't. It's just that the thing that happened the other day wasn't that big of a deal, but I forgive you anyways." Grinila said as she smiled.

Prisca was now very confused, "But... But I yelled at you and freaked out. How is that not a big deal?"

"Because, It didn't really bother me. I honestly don't know why." Grinila said.

"Huh, well then. We're good now?" Prisca asked.

Grinila nodded her head, Prisca laughed and Grinila did the same.

Aragorn watched everyone talk and laugh, he wondered when Fili and Kili would return.

He heard someone come from behind him, "Hello Aragorn"

Aragorn turned around to see a tall elf with dark hair wearing a green cloak, "Thaladir, I'm glad to see you."

"Yes, glad I'm finally here." Thaladir said as he smiled.

"Has everyone come yet? For the-"

Aragorn interrupted "Don't say it out loud, we don't know who could be listening."

"You're right."

"Also, I'm still waiting for a few other elves and two dwarves to arrive."

Thaladir nodded his head.

Aragorn smirked,  he couldn't wait for everyone to arrive.

A few hours passed, everyone was starting to get bored.

So they all sat around and didn't really do anything, silence fell over Rivendell.

It wasn't supposed to be like this! Aragorn thought to himself.

Suddenly two rams with dwarves on each one, and two other elves appeared out of no where.

"Fili! Kili! You've finally arrived." Aragorn said.

Kili jumped off his ram and Fili did the same, Kili smiled at Aragorn and patted his ram on the head.

"We made it!" Kili said.

"Good, I'm only expecting a few more people. Then we can start." Aragorn said.

"Alright." Fili said then he and Kili walked towards everyone else.

Laineth and Eärna didn't really know what to do, but stare at everyone.

"So what are we supposed to be doing here anyways?" Laineth whispered to Eärna.

"I'm not sure." Eärna replied.

"Aragorn said he's only waiting for one more elf, and he should be here any time." Kili said as he walked up towards Laineth and Eärna.

"Then what?" Eärna asked.

"I can't tell, apparently it's a secret." Kili said.

Eärna nodded her head.

Aragorn looked everywhere for the elf but did not see him, Where could he be?

"Aragorn." a voice said from behind him.

Aragorn turned around to see Elrohir.

"Elrohir, have you seen our last guest anywhere?" Aragorn asked.

Elrohir shook his head, "Shall we start the celebration? I'm sure he'll show up soon."

Aragorn thought about it for a minute, "Yes, let's go ahead and start it. Only the celebration, we must wait for him to get here before I reveal the thing."

Elrohir nodded his head, then walked towards everyone else.

A soft music started to play, and elves started dancing.

The hobbits looked around in confusion, "Is this their way of fun?" Merry asked.

"Seems like it." Pippin replied.

Esmerelda watched in silence, "Where's the food?"

"I don't know Es. But the party is boooooring." Merry yawned.

"Hobbits know how to party, elves don't." Pippin commented.

"We need to show them how to have fun!" Merry said.

"Yes! Let's do it Merry."

Pippin and Merry slipped away, without anyone looking.

Then all of the sudden fast music started to play, and the elves started dancing a different way.

Much different, they were twirling and spinning, also they were changing partners every once in awhile.

Merry and Pippin looked at them dance, and smiled and shook each other's hands.

Legolas watched in silence, along with Milia, and Livian.

"Legolas, you should ask someone to dance. I'm sure one of those elleths over there would love to." Milia said.

Legolas glared over at the two elleths, then looked back at the elves who were dancing.

"I don't dance Milia, you know that." Legolas said.

"Sure, I've seen you dance. I just don't think you want to dance with one of those elleths."

"That was years ago." Legolas grumbled.

"Well, If you did dance. Who would you want to dance with?" Milia asked.

"No one Milia."

"There has to be one elleth Legolas." said Milia as she nudged her brother in the shoulder.

"Well there isn't." Legolas stated.

"Well, I know that almost every elleth in Mirkwood would love to dance with you." Milia laughed.

Legolas rolled his eyes.

"Why don't you dance then Milia?" Legolas asked.

"I have no one to dance with." Milia replied.

"Yes you do Milia! Don't lie." Livian said.

"Shh! No I don't Livian." Milia said as she looked at Livian."

Legolas looked at both of them, "Oh really Milia? Who?"

"Legolas, she's just joking."

Legolas rose an eyebrow, "Oh look! He's coming right now Milia!" Livian exclaimed.

Elrohir was walking towards them, Legolas stared at him the whole time.

As he passed Milia stared at the ground, "Elrohir? Milia, you know what father has said about him." Legolas stated.

"I know Legolas, you don't have to tell me." Milia said.

"You aren't dancing with him." Legolas said.

"Too late..." Livian added.

Legolas and Milia looked at Livian, who was trying not to smile.

"Livian, what did you do?" Legolas asked.

"Oh well, I just asked Elrohir if he would dance with Milia." Livian told them.

"What did he say..."

"He said he would."

Livian couldn't hold it back anymore, she started smiling.

Legolas glared at Milia, "Did you tell her to ask him?" he asked with anger in his voice.

"No! Why would I do that!" Milia exclaimed.

Elrohir started coming back their way, Legolas watched his every move.

Livian couldn't help but smile, and even laugh a little.

Elrohir stopped in front of Milia, "Hello Milia, I was wondering if you would like to dance?" he asked.

"No she would not." Legolas told him as he stepped in front of Milia.

Elrohir looked at Legolas and smiled, "It's just a dance."

Legolas narrowed his eyes at him, "I would love to." Milia said as she stepped out from behind Legolas.

Legolas watched her, Elrohir reached out his hand and she took it.

Milia smirked at Legolas, and he glared at her.

They both walked off, and Legolas watched in silence. His right eye twitched in annoyance, as he clenched his hands into fists.

Merry and Pippin danced and danced, they knew how to party.

But the other hobbits sat and watched everyone else dance, "Esmerelda I'm surprised you aren't dancing." Prisca said.

"Do you want me too?" Esmerelda asked as she grinned.

"You can, I was just surprised that you weren't already."

"Well, I'm going to now!"

"I think you need a partner for this dance."

"Uh, sorry Pris but I don't need a partner for any dance." Esmerelda said as she stood and started walking towards Merry and Pippin, who were dancing.

She started dancing a different way, and Prisca laughed.

"She's definitely her own thing." said Frodo as he walked over and stood by Prisca.

"Yes, she is." Prisca laughed.

"Do you dance Frodo?" Prisca asked.

"I do... Just depends on if I feel like it or not." he said as he crossed his arms.

"Do you?" Frodo asked.

"I do, just not very often." Prisca answered.

Frodo nodded his head slowly, then turned his gaze back towards Merry and Pippin.

Aragorn walked out in front of everyone and the music stopped playing, and everyone stopped dancing.

"While we are all here together, let's all dance! Find a partner, and let's dance!" Aragorn said, he glared at Legolas who was walking away from everyone.

The music started playing again, and everyone started dancing.
As Aragorn ran up towards Legolas and stopped him, "Legolas, why won't you dance?"

"Aragorn, you know I don't dance." Legolas replied.

"Yes, I do know that. But it won't hurt just to have some fun." Aragorn said.

Legolas looked at Aragorn, then at the ground. Then back at Aragorn, Aragorn was waiting for an answer.

"I might, but don't take that as a yes." Legolas said.

Aragorn smiled at his friend, "I better see you out there dancing sometime tonight."

Aragorn patted Legolas on the shoulder and smiled, then he went to Arwen and started to dance with her, Legolas watched. He didn't realize that he was smiling.

One part was telling him not to dance, the other was.

He saw Ithilwen, she was standing alone. Should I? Legolas thought about it, then he took in a deep breath. As he started to walk over to Ithilwen, he didn't think he could do it.

Or could he?
