JAES POV

I walked down to dinner in the red dress, hating the enormousness of it. I say down at the table and saw that Ciel wasn't here yet. I sat patiently and five minutes later, Ciel arrived.

"I apologise for my lateness, lady Alexandra."

"It's fine, Lord phantomhive. I'm sure it was important."

"Please, call me Ciel"

"And you may call me Alexei. Where's Sebastian?"

"Preparing dinner. I assume your butler is helping him. What is he called?"

"Andrew. I sent him to help Sebastian so he should be there"

The door slammed open and Sebastian and Andrew walked in together, holding plates. The plates were placed in front of me and Ciel.

"For dinner tonight, you will be having French onion soup for starters, roasted pork with shrimp and pomegranate salad for a main and raspberry and meringue parfait for dessert." Sebastian said.

"That sounds delightful" I said.

"Alright, thank you Sebastian" Ciel said harshly.

"So, how old are you?" Asked Ciel.

"I'm eighteen. What about you?"

"Ah, we are the same age. Do you have anything planned tomorrow?"

"I need to visit the queen about something"

"Might I ask what that something is?"

"I have no clue, she sent a letter to me summoning me. I have some errands to run as well, clothes shopping and such"

"Of course. I will stay out of your way."

We ate in silence after that, only speaking to bid each other good night. I walked upstairs to find Andrew in my room. He helped me remove my dress and I slipped into an old shirt that was far too big for me from my bag. Then, I jumped in bed and slept after an eventful day at phantomhive manor.

The next morning, I was awoken by Andrew who had a tray of tea for me.

"Morning, my lady, I have some tea for you. It is Assam, just as you like it" said Andrew mockingly.

"Thanks mate, you can have some too, I'm fairly sure Sebastian would kill you for it though."

"Yeah, oh well. Your bath is ready"

"Oh? You ran a bath?"

"Of course. Go and jump in, you're visiting the queen today. I'll get your clothes ready"

"Thanks Hun" I shouted. I had a bath and put on my original outfit, jumping in a carriage (very kindly lent to me by Lord phantomhive) and driving to Buckingham palace.

I walked through the palace and found a guard.

"I request an audience with the queen of England" I said.

"Right this way, miss" said the guard.

He led me to a large door and went in to talk to the queen. Then, he returned and led me into the room.

"Your majesty" I said, curtseying in front of the sofa the queen was sat on.

"And who are you?" The queen asked.

"I am jae Beckett. I am staying with the Lord phantomhive. I need your help. Please hear me out, have an open mind and do not think i am insane. Can you do that, your majesty?"

"Of course, now, tell me. How can I help you?"

"It started yesterday. I was minding my own business when I tripped and fell. I fell through the floor, then, I was falling through the air. My friend, Andrew, experienced the same thing as me. We are from a different time. 2016 to be exact"

"And how can you prove that?" Asked the queen.

"I have objects from there" I said, pulling out my iPhone and handing it to her.

The queen turned it over in her hands. "What does it do?" She asked.

"Well, let me show you" I said. I called Andrew who had his phone on him. I put the phone on speaker so the queen could hear.

"Andrew, can you please prove that I am from the future to queen Victoria?"

"Of course. Your majesty, look at the clothes my friend is wearing. The shoes. Aren't they abnormally high? And trousers? Do you believe us?" Asked Andrew down The phone.

"I do, I believe you! You must be Angels, sent from God!" Cried the queen.

I hung up on Andrew.

"Not quite Angels, just normal people from the future. So, now you believe us, let me explain. I lied to Lord phantomhive, he thinks Andrew is my butler and he thinks I am called lady Alexandra. I need to keep up that facade with everyone. I also said that we were friends and you ordered me to stay with Lord phantomhive until I could sort out a house because my house burned down and killed my parents. Which is true but it happened two years ago in the future."

"Oh my dear child. Right. We need a plan. I will name you the duchess of Cambridge. You will dismiss Andrew and he will become a member of your household. I will give you two of my butlers, felix and grell, I will give you a mansion in the country, not far from here and I will give you unlimited money. Hire all the staff you need, go shopping, take your new butlers. In return for this, you must become a private detective for me. You will work alongside Ciel phantomhive. You are my cat. Do we have a deal?"

"We do, your majesty. Now, I will leave and go shopping."

"Of course. FELIX! GRELL! Come here. I am re-assigning you. You serve lady jae Beckett now. Take her shopping. You know all of the bank stuff, create lady jae a bank account with my bank and transfer as much as you need. Go! Also, buy a carriage and a couple of horses."

Felix, a dark haired boy with blue eyes and grell bowed to the queen, before turning and leading me out of the room.

"Right, first things first is a carriage. Let's go!" I said.

I chose a black carriage in the end along with black horses.

(A/N yes, I know it's a hearse. Please just pretend that it is for living people and that people can use it)

I walked around the London streets, trailed by felix and grell.

I walked into a shop that had a  very steampunk vibe.

"Excuse me, do you make all of these dresses?" I asked the lady behind the counter.

"Yes, I do"

"What's your name?"

"Evangeline, miss"

"Ah. I am lady jae, the duchess of Cambridge. I would like to employ you to work for me and make all of my clothes for me. When you aren't doing that, I would like you to be a maid. You will receive a monthly wage and free living quarters, plus a bi-yearly bonus. Do we have a deal?"

Evangeline considered this for a minute, contemplating whether it would be worth it.

"We do, miss. Please, allow me to pack my things?"

"Of course, I am living at liventree manor. Please, pack everything you will need and meet me there as soon as you can. Good day" I said, nodding towards her before leaving the shop.

"Right, boys, I need a half decent restaurant where nobles go to dine. Can you show me?" I said, stepping out onto the cobbled street.

"Yes, my lady. Right this way" said felix, leading me away from the main street and to a restaurant named 'King Edwards'. I walked in and sat in a booth, felix and grell standing next to me. I looked at the menu and ordered a full roast meal, including chicken, potatoes, broccoli and gravy. I paid and left.

"Was that satisfactory, my lady?" Asked felix.

"Not as good as the food at phantomhive manor. It was okay though. I need to hire a cook though."

"My lady, of i might say. I am able to cook to the standard of Sebastian michaelis. He taught me how." Felix said.

"My dear bassy taught you to cook! You're so lucky!" Squealed grell.

"Shush, grell. If you are able to cook, then I don't need a cook if you could cook for me?" I asked.

"Of course, my lady"

"Right. I do believe we should get back to the carriage and go to liventree manor to see what we need. Agreed?"

"Yes, my lady. Shall we pick up your friend, Andrew?"

"Yes, good point. Thank you, felix"

We walked back to the coach house and left for phantomhive manor.

"Felix, when we arrive, can you please sprint inside and grab Andrew. He is the ginger one. Sebastian will know." I asked.

"of course, my lady"

The rest of the journey was silent.

We arrived at phantomhive manor and Felix retrieved Andrew and we drove to liventree manor.

The grounds were enormous, with gravel around the flower beds.

"Felix, can you make a list of the things that need changing please?" I asked and he nodded.

"For starters, the gravel is impractical, we will change it for paving stones. Let's go inside." I said.

We opened the enormous door and walked inside.

"Right, it needs a good clean, as soon as I get all the staff I need we will do that. Also, the walls are mushroom. Mushroom. Is there a more terrible colour? No, I'll get that changed to sky blue with silver trimmings. Right, let's see the rest of the rooms.

The lounge was mushroom as well, with brown velvet sofas. I soon learned that the whole ground floor was mushroom. The dining room had an enormous trestle table with gold and brown chairs. There was a door in the corner which led to the basement which had a kitchen and three bedrooms, presumably for the servants.

We went back to the ground floor and looked at the rest of the rooms. There was another lounge or 'parlour' which I bagsied for myself. There was also a drawing room and music room.

We went upstairs and found four bedrooms and the master room (which was mine) which had a balcony. There was a study and a library as well.

"Right. Felix, remind me what needs changing."

"The gravel outside, the wall colour, the beds need changing to something more comfortable, curtains, carpets. That's all, miss"

"Right. Than you, Felix. We will sort out the beds, curtains and carpets tomorrow. For now, we return to phantomhive manor. Andrew, please continue to pretend to be my butler until I say. Felix, grell, would you please stay here? You are welcome to use anything, including the stuff up here."

Felix nodded.

"But what about bassy! I want to see him" squealed grell.

"I will invite him and Ciel over as soon as the house is presentable. Alright?"

"Yes, my lady"

"Good. Watch out for evangeline. She will be here soon. Felix, these are the measurements and designs I want for my clothes. Please could give them to evangeline when she arrives?"

"Of course"

"Right. Andrew, come with me. Ill be back tomorrow. Bye!" I said, turning and leaving for phantomhive manor.
