1) PM me when you are going to post the story- even if it is a blurb, intro or just the first chapter.

2) Just credit me at the beginning of your story and follow me.

3) Let me know if you have a problem with other people claiming the idea as well.

PERSONALLY, I believe that no matter the story idea, the plot, the beginning or the ending, the most important thing is the process.

The process differs from writer to writer.
It's okay to get inspired from other people's ideas as long as you don't copy their whole book.

1) This is story ideas about BTS but I'm sure it will work for any fictional character. Whatever floats your boat.

2) They are going to be pretty short, most of them in dialogues.

3) You can change the blurb however you like, of course.
