You are from your world (regular earth where pokemon is just a fiction), however the legendary pokemon Necrozma appears and takes all your worlds light, you almost die with the planet from lack of heat from the sun and end up in the alola region, your helped by a nice little Pansear you soon name Drum, from her liking of drumming things. You then head off on a journey and find a way to bring back your world, even if only to bring back the light of a already dead world.
