The reader gets the Complete selection modification set for OOO but is sucked into the world of Fiore. With him are Eiji, Ankh, Kazari, Uva, Gamel, and Mezool. Eiji has his Purple medals inside him, meaning he can change into the Dino Greeed. However for some reason the OOOdriver won't attach to Eiji, Eiji tries placing it on the reader and it works. The Reader convinces the Greeed to work with Eiji, Anhk, and himself, collecting cell medals in a more productive way.

The Reader has 5 Core medals inside him, the purified black medals(the colorful ones)

They have all the medals from the CSM OOO set, but real versions. The rider medals function as medals and not ways to summon riders. Poseidon medals will not become a Greeed. Eiji will not rampage in his greeed form. The greeed can pose as takeover wizards. They have Ride venders.
