The reader found the Chimera seal like the original Beast did, and became Kamen rider Beast. He also has the basic wizard rings, all the spell rings, style rings, and can use them with the beast driver. Flame style basically looks like the Beast base form, but with a flame like design, and you can get what the others look like.  He goes to Monster High.
