Emily was just a New York City taxi driver. She lived a normal life of driving around all day, eating every now and then, and sleeping. She tried to avoid drama, and, usually, she did.

Until one day, an angry drunk guy by the name of Dean Ambrose stumbles into the backseat of her cab. Sure, she knows who he is (she's been a wrestling fan since birth), but he's drunk and upset, so she doesn't ask any questions. She doesn't have to, anyway, since he pretty much tells her everything wrong with his life.

Emily assumes her life will go back to normal, but that's not the case, when the next morning, Dean, along with Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens, flag her down and take her taxi to the airport. She doesn't know if Dean remembers the night before, and she doesn't want to bring it up.

Dean ends up being the one who pays her, and when he tips her, he also gives her a piece of paper with his phone number on it. At first, Emily doesn't think she should call, but after a few days, she finally gives in.
