Story Background: Raccoon city was once the perfect city. That is until Umbrella released out a virus that has turned everyone into Undead. There were a few people who didn't catch the virus, but not that many people are left. This Virus is known as the G-virus and it's intended purpose was to act as a super bio-weapon for the military. That clearly didn't go as planned.

Character Background: Anthony Birkin the first and oldest born of the Head scientist of Umbrella, Annette Birkin. His father, William Birkin, has always tried to push Anthony to becoming a scientist like him and Annette, but Anthony had other plans. He has always dreamed of becoming an RPD Officer and by the age of 19, he went out to train. By 21, he has officially become  an RPD Officer along with his 2 year friend he made, Leon Kennedy. Anthony has always talked about seeing his family again and has made sure to try and call regularly, but he could never get in contact with his mother and father. He could only get in contact with his 12 year old sister, Sherry Birkin. After the outbreak of the G-virus, Anthony and Leon left their post and returned to Raccoon City, not knowing what would await them.
