No one knows what it's for, but it must be painful because people leave and are barely able to talk and little-barely noticeable- dots appear on there arms. Some people say it's worth it, because ice-cream has been banned for 7 years, from reasons unknown. So now it was my turn to taste the creamy goodness again.
