This is a reminder that the Jedi are based off Samurai so many of their practices are similar. So since I'm known for Star Wars fanfics I figured I might help out some others learn more about how to approach this concept of Jedi training and practices based off real life.

The warrior poses in yoga. FYI my favorite yoga pose is the butterfly 🦋 pose. I also like cobra 🐍, tree 🌲, the warrior poses, and both upward and downward dog.
Yoga is actually meant to be done along side a form of fighting to maintain both mental and physical balance in oneself. It was also important to keep up with studies as a sharp mind is just as important as a clear mind.

Now on to rankings and titles
For male:

There is also a ranking of squire and page between knight and lord. These two ranks are not adult rankings though as they are held by someone in the process of becoming a knight. A squire is the knights student while a page is a child that works for a dame or lady until they are chosen by a knight as their squire after showing that they understand chivalry, their role, and the oath.
