In the world of <insert world name here> there are two types of people: Those with inner powers, and those without. People with inner powers usually do not know of their potential for greatness. Every year, scholars go to each village, and examine all of the 15 year olds to try and find inner powers.

Guiding Questions:
Who is your main character? Do they have inner powers? If so, how do these powers work? Are they just gifts that enhance your natural talents? Do they take physical form? Are they purely mental? What happens to those that are discovered to have inner powers? Where do inner powers come  from? Why is your main character important?
