Izuku yagi was tired of neglect from his parents and bullying of class 1a and his sister because he was quirkless as Izuku wasn't the only one being hurt other people as well because of being quirkless,weak quirk,villain quirk as izuku asked his uncle Nezu to help him with his mission to have life without pain and misery so Nezu bought an island for izuku thanks to government izuku used the island were people like him and others want to move away from the heroes and villains and being ridiculed
