Summary - A power-hungry intergalactic emperor named Galen who wants to invade Earth until he lost against an intergalactic policeman named Bardan. Sadly, Galen managed to escape with his advisor, Jubal. 

Since they lost all of his men, he runs away with Jubal to Earth, where he disguised himself as a secondary school student while Jubal pretends to be his older brother and goes to a college as well.

Galen is an arrogant, rude, hot-headed and intelligent guy with a superiority complex, leaving him very unpopular and no friends... until he decides to beat up some bullies, that is...

A/N - This is inspired by both the cartoon called Invader Zim and an anime called The Devil is a Part-Timer.
