The story focuses on a Japanese teenage boy named Tsurageru Zakahei is a popular, handsome and cocky student who often clowns around in school and picked on a fellow classmate named Shodon Okashita.

However, one day, he was suddenly gets killed by a truck in typical isekai fashion. However, that's the least of his problems as he has reincarnated as a hideous baby born within some dark cult where he ends up getting abandoned after the cult was captured by a group of knights.

Now, he is forced to survive through hell and learn the new rules of this new world, especially when everyone are disgusted by his appearance and a bunch of thugs tried to kill him. Especially when he encounters a group of novice adventurers looking to make their own guild...

A/N - I seen how the generic isekai genre is like, so I decide to make a much darker twist on the usual spin where the protagonist started out as the person everyone hates and disgusted by, and has a very distinctive appearance compared to the typical generic protagonist look.
