As I'm sure a most of you know, in my FNaF 4 story, "Living Nightmares", I set Plushtrap up as a mystical being who not only can teleport to other people's dreams, but to any time and place, as well. This opens so many possibilities for the robotic plush toy. I had planned on making a book about his adventures, but I had a better idea: YOU GUYS do it!

So, the setup is simple: in a one-part story at least 500 words long, you must write a story about Plushtrap visiting the dreams of anyone and anything in any universe, real or fictional, and playing a game with them. There are a few exceptions, but I'll get into that quickly.

RULES:

1. The story must be from the character's point of view. What I mean by that is like in "Living Nightmares", the person Plushtrap is visiting must be the one telling the story.

2. Again, it must be one part long, at it must have a minimum of 500 words. There's no maximum amount of words, but I'd recommend not going over 2000 words. You won't be penalized if you do, but what I'm essentially saying is don't make it too long.

3. Plushtrap must be visiting DREAMS. So, no placing him in real-time events in the universe or time you send him to. It has to be when the person he's visiting is asleep.

4. You can send Plushtrap to any universe, real or fictional, and any time in said universe, but they must be characters or people that most people universally recognize, so NO USING YOURSELF OR YOUR OCs! I just know people would do it otherwise.

5. Because the stories will be short, and I'm sure you all have multiple people you want to use, you may submit up to 3 entries if you wish. If you do, though, all 3 entries must be in the same book, and, more importantly, must be set in different times/universes. For example, don't have your 3 entries be about him visiting Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger. You can, though, do something like Harry Potter, Luke Skywalker, and Albert Einstein.

6. Be realistic! I know that sounds oxymoronic, but hear me out. Having Plushtrap visit the character is one thing, but making it feel canon is another. Try your best to make it seem like what is happening in your story is what the character you chose would do in that scenario. For example, if you chose Katniss Everdeen, do you think she would find Plushtrap cute and start hugging him? No. My best guess is that she would be more serious and threatening towards him. Likewise, if you chose, say, Boo from Monsters, Inc., she would most likely find Plushtrap funny and start trying to play with him.

tl;dr: Make the character you chose act like how they would if someone like Plushtrap visited them in a dream.

7. The game Plushtrap plays with the person can be up to you. It can be the classic "stop me on the X", the ending "find me in x amount of time", or maybe something unique relating to who you picked! But whatever you pick, Plushtrap must be playing a game with whoever he visits.

8. Have fun! Again, if you're not enjoying it, nobody's going to enjoy it. If you feel like someone's story may be better, don't let it discourage you! In the end, the only opinion that matters is mine. And be nice to each other, as well. If you like someone else's story, let them know! Encourage each other, and maybe give each other constructive criticism. But any kind of hate will have a chance of getting you disqualified from the contest. Not that I've ever had problems with hate before in these contests, but I just want to make sure you're all being encouraging, not discouraging.

9. All entries must be 100% completed by March 29th, 2016 at 12:00 am CST. The results will be posted on March 31st.

10. Submit the stories with the tag #plushtrapadventures

And I'm sure you're all asking about the prizes. Well, since I'm not really good with prizes, I've decided to just leave the prize to bragging rights and motivation. Because in the end, these contests, to me, are about encouraging you all to write, whether it be your first story or 20th. I hope people will still enter, though.
