•Bio: Rina, a girl that wants nothing more then to just get rid of humanity and will stop at thing to make it a reality including, but not limited to sacrificing her own comrades.

•Personality: Rina is devoid of all emotion and extremely literal-minded, only smiling when it regards her goals and when her opposition is struggling against her. However she to has a softer side willing to give her subordinates a second chance even after their failure, but would then punish them for their incompetence.

•Powers/Abilities:

[Minazuki Project: When she was just a young girl, she was used for the Minazuki Project: A project that made the use drink a vile of black liquid that resembled blood. The blood was stated to be made from the bones, blood and soul of a long deceased Kitsune. She was the only know survivor of said experiment and the most gifted one. Anyone that has ever underwent the experiment was ultimately killed after taking a single sip of the blood, however she was forced to drink the vile and survived.]

{Blood of Minazuki: She is able to manipulate her own blood volume, including manipulating her victims blood when infect for a short amount of time.}

{Weapon Creation: With her blood she is able to create weapons like: swords, spears, scythes. But can also turn them in to other object like: thorns, spikes, and so much more.}

{Blood Sphere: Gathering the blood around her, she creates a sphere that fires small particles of blood at great speed only able to be seem by a person with great instincts.}

{Exploding Blood: Rina can ignite the blood in her body, turning it into crimson flames that is harmful to mostly anything.}

{Monster Creation: She is able to create monster that resemble Oni's to fight at her side.}

{Clothes: Kitsune Wardrobe: Her clothes are also unique as they are made using her own blood, along with the long lost soul of the Kitsune. To some extent the clothes are alive.}

{Blood of Minazuki: Trump Cards}

{Minazuki's Domain: A domain that traps both Rina and her victims inside a large red world that pushes Rina's abilities far passed their limits. The world itself looks like a large plain devoid of life, with several red spider lily's scattered around, and a scarlet red moon. The world also weakens her enemies abilities by a small amount.}

{Minazuki's Awakening: A trump card that she only uses when pushed to the brink. In this state her hair turns blood red with Kitsune ears, jet black scleare eyes and glowing red eyes. Lastly she gains nine tails similar to a kitsune made out of blood. In this state her attacks become more potent, with an increase in her speed, strength, agility, etc.}

-[Weakness: If she doesn't finish her enemies before the form runs out, she falls in a dormant state allowing her enemies to capture her.]

{Minazuki's Call: After using Minazuki's Domain and Awakening the floor around Rina turns completely red almost resembling a large lake. A large figure then slowly comes out resembling a large Kitsune, with fur that is completely red, and with nine tails similar to Rina's tail. In this state it moves in unison with her, and will attack if given commands. If she so witches it can also start attacking at will, without the Rina giving it commands. The Kitsune even if killed, it can quickly regenerate with great ease.}

[A/N: Anyway this would be my idea for a villain if it came down to it. Most people would just made an Op Hero and make his some Giga chad. But to some extent that's slightly boring. Sometimes when it comes down to it if they don't have a villain to push them, then whats the point of a Hero. Anyway hope you like it.]
