Chapter 87 Can i

Napaatras ako sa gulat nang pumasok si Arsius sa kwarto ko at marahas na hinila palayo sa akin si Argust.Arsius looked pissed and really mad,humarang pa siya sa aming dalawa ni Argust.

"Damn you ,give it up man."Galit na asik niya kay Argust na nilapitan parin ako.Arisius grunted as he pushed Argust away from me.

Argust tried to come at me again but Arsius pushed him back again.Argust glared at his brother and punched him in the jaw.

I covered my mouth in shock and stood up.Mabilis kong nilapitan si Arsius at lumuhod sa tabi niya.Tinulungan ko siyang makaupo habang  hawak hawak niya ang kanang panga niya.

Arsius hissed and tried to stand up but Argust pulled me away from him.I squeeled nang marahas niya akong naitulak paupo sa kama.

Kinwelyuhan ni Argust si Arsius at galit na sinamaan niya ito ng tingin.I put my hand on my chest to ease my breathing because of the sudden shock.

My brothers are punching each other.

"You want him too??"

Mariin na tanong ni Argust si Arsius at sinuntok na naman niya ito sa kabilang panga."You fucking want him too?!'

I stood up again at pumagitna sa kanilang.

"Stop!!"Sigaw ko at pinalo palo siya sa braso."You're hurting him!!"Sigaw ko at binitawan naman niya si Arsius.

He held my hands at mabilis akong niyakap.I cried again at nagpumiglas sa mga hawak niya.The beast of him disperese into an obedient rabbit as he shush me calmly.

Tinulak ko siya at naramdaman ang paghila sa akin ni Arsius.Argust glare at his brother again at pumagitna nako sa panibagong gulo na gagawin nila.

"Stop it please."

"You asshole."Mura ni Arsius sa kapatid."I told you to let him go."Dagdag niya.

"I can't."Matigas na sabi ni Argust at tumingin sa akin."I'm sorry but i tried Ambrielle.I really did."His eyes became emotional.

Nagiwas ako ng tingin at pinunasan ang mga luha ko."You're just drunk Argust."I denied again."You're saying weird things because your drunk."Nagmamaang mangang dagdag ko.

I don't want to acknowledge his feelings.

It's bad,really really bad and it's totally forbidden.

"It took years for us to make this family completely work."Wika ni Arsius sa kapatid."Anong iisipin ni Dad kapag nalaman niya to.What will Mom think—"

"He's drunk."I convinced myself again and cut off Arsius.I looked at Arsius who slowly shooked his head at me."Please tell me he's just drunk."I pleaded again.

"He's not,he's telling the truth."

Napayuko ako at tinakpan ang mukha ko.I cried silently as Arsius started to explain it all to me."It all started when the stalker nearly took you Ambrielle,that's when i noticed him suddenly change."Arsius explained.

He said too many things about Argust pero ang tanging ginawa ko ay umiling lang ng umiling."Is this what you want??"Tanong ni Arsius kay Argust at tinuro ako.

"To see him crying like this??"Dagdag na tanong ni Arsius.

"Loving him is forbidden Argust.Loving him will just hurt all of us."Arsius stated in finality.Then i faced Argust who was gritting his teeth.

Nagiwas siya ng tingin at kinuyom ang kanang kamao.I heard him silently sniffed and hid his face from us.

"Argust."Masuyong sabi ko at nilapitan siya.Napahilamos siya ng mukha at nilagpasan lang ako.Mabilis siyang lumabas ng kwarto at naiwan kaming dalawa ni Arsius.

Arsius heaved a sigh and massaged his jaw.He looked at me and smiled a bit."I'm sorry for what just happened."

Tinulungan ko siyang maupo sa mga sofa at kinuha ko namam ang medicine kit ko.I started treating the wounds on his cheek and lips.

"Don't think about it anymore Ambrielle."Payo ni Arsius at tumayo na sa kinauupuan.Pinanood niya akong linisan ang mga kalat at tumingala sa kaniya.

I don't think i can do that Arsius....

"This is for the best."Arsius added.

Kinabukasan ay wala na naman ako sa sarili habang nagtatrabaho.Good thing Balerion didn't came to our department.Hindi ko na alam kung anong irarason ko kapag nagkataon.

Hindi ko namalayan na naglunch na ang lahat dahil sa pagiisip ko ng malalim.Lumipas ang oras at magsasara na ang building.Kung hindi pa ako tinawag ng mga Guards ay baka nalock nako sa loob.

Nagsorry ako sa kanila at dumeretso ng parking lot.Then i saw Jao standing beside his car,he was still in his business suit.I approached him and he looked at me with his deep and dark gazes.

Nang makalapit ako ay yumakap ako sa kaniya at marahan na pumikit.I heaved a sigh to release all of my stress and frustrations in his arms.He hugged me back at humigpit naman ang yakap ko sa kaniya.

Mukhang napansin niya yata ang pagod ko kaya marahan niyang hinawakan ang bewang ko at sabay kaming pumasok ng sasakyan.

I feel tired and exhausted pero wala naman akong ginawa kundi ang tumunganga.What happened last night really made a toll on my system.

The thought of opening the topic to Jao is bothering me too.I looked at him who was looking at me.I smiled a bit and he smiled back.His vacant hand snake on my hand and gently squeezed it.

Napangiti ako at tumingin sa labas ng bintana.Maybe i won't because that will just complicate things.Besides, he got his own job.

He's a busy man and he has a lot of things to be stressed about.Ayoko ng dumagdag pa,ako na ang bahalang umayos ng gulong ito.

I don't know how,but i will fix this.After all,i'm involved and the roort of this mess.

I stepped out of his car at gulat na tumingin sa malaking bahay na nasa harap namin.Doon ko lang din napansin na madilim dilim na sa labas.

I looked at Jao who walked beside me.

"This is your house right??"Gulat paring tanong ko.He nodded at inakbayan ako bago kami pumasok ng bahay.

I stayed in the sofa of the living room while scanning the whole place.Jao's in the upstair to changed and he ordered some food for us.

Sinalubong ko siya at tinulungan na ilapag ang mga pagkain sa glass table.Then he dim the lights before sitting beside me.His ripped and tanned muscles became more defined with his tank top including his black trunks.

Nagiwas ako ng tingin dahil sa mga titig niya.I grabbed the remote and played some  movie in netflix.Nagsimula akong kumain ng popcorn habang nasa kaliwang kamay ko ang isang burger.

Gutom na gutom ako.

Jao was just looking at me and i don't mind because he do that all the time.Lumapit ako sa kaniya at binuhat naman niya ako paupo sa pagitan ng mga binti niya.

He hugged me from the back at sumandal naman ako sa kaniya bago tahimik na nanunuood.

"Are you fine now?"Makahulugang tanong niya.I stopped chewing and looked at him.He fixed and ruffled my hair."You looked exhausted and depressed earlier.Is it because of your work??"Malambing na tanong niya.

I pursed my lip and grabbed some popcorn."I think so." I lied and offered him some popcorn.He held my hand and ate them in my palm.

He started kissing my palm and hand while looking at me.Flustered,i looked away and faced the tv screen."You're not watching it.Maganda kaya to."I complain and he gave me back my hand.

He leaned his face beside mine and kiss my cheek."Go on,i'm watching you."He said and i looked at him.

"I'm watching my owm beautiful movie here."He slowly grinned.I pursed my lips to prevent myself from smiling and raised my eyebrow.But it was my body who betrayed me and i finally laughed.

"That's the smile i wanted to see."He said at mas niyakap ako ng mahigpit.Pumikit ako habang nakangiti at siniksik ang sarili ko sa kaniya.

He can easily light up my mood.

"Can i stay here for the night??"Kalauna'y tanong ko matapos ang ilang oras naming pananahimik.I  looked up to him.

"Are you sure??"He asked in hesitation.

I snorted on his troubled face.I reached for his nape at kumandong sa kaniya.

"Yes."
