      ONCE UPON A TIME, A STORM SWEPT ACROSS THE PLAINS.

       It was a hurricane forging a boy with rainfall and thunderbolts running in his veins. As a descendant of a ruthless wizard Cloudbreaker, the king of evil storms, Sylas' destiny was sealed by evil at the endless shores. The blond was a nightwish of the cloudburst upon, a mare, a hailstorm. 

      Sylas Skylark was the forecaster of misfortune. A Never.

      Calamity and all the bad had no place in a world entwined by fairy tales, and neither Sy whatsoever. The rain reminded him of his father's blood embellishing a gushed stream. Losing. Losing over good.  Or was it just a dream? Perhaps that was why he despised heroes so much. It nudged him of his flaws, deeply pondering over his imperfections, tempest, scratches, and such.

       Why wasn't he like them?

      Questions persisted. Who decides whether a person is good or not? What makes them different yet so equal? He insisted.

       Solely.

       Unlike the fair-weather Evers, Sylas was a cascading downpour; ruinously malicious. That flair inside of him made the Storian soften which was quite unusual for the velvety artifact as it wasn't known for handing out second chances.

       A readable story deserved a thrilling plot. Characters remain and some of them don't.  Not everything the Storian hopes for doesn't go according to plan. In Sylas' case, they didn't work out and left him in deep waters, in the place where the tales had begun.

       What if the princess mysteriously disappears? What's a story without a nemesis? What then? Can the story continue?

      It has to.

      The story can be rewritten and transformed to be the best version retold, an alteration. And so it happened and was rephrased, up to the imagination. Sylas was the eye of the war of words, the center of everyone's attention but not in the sense one would wish for. There was something carved in the back of people's minds.

       A rule was declared, persevering, despite the sea changes that glared. . .

      Once someone is born a Never, they shall stay that way forever.

This story is a work of fan fiction set in THE SCHOOL FOR GOOD AND EVIL by Soman Chainani, preferably in the Netflix movie adaptation released on October 2022. Since I've read the book series, I've decided that I will follow the movies just to make things easier for those who haven't read the books. Despite some of the slightest changes, the movie is a very well-made adaptation. All credits thus go to the writers, directors, and creators.

SO just to be clear this is very spontaneous, and I'd consider this more as a random passion project so please enjoy my little ramble before going on this hell of a journey. Yeah, this might be one of my first English non-marvel-related books so I am quite proud of this achievement because as many of you know I write only marvel (yes I am that annoying ahaha).

Sylas is the son of a villain from a fairy tale from my childhood. I could technically reuse some of the Grimm stories etc. but I wanted to choose something that I am connected to and that is my beloved fairy tale The Prince and the Evening Star (princ a večernice), if you wanna learn more you can check the wiki, there's an English summary of the movie. Sylas being the son of the Cloudbreaker (Mrakomor)  is the best idea I've ever had because I can write his illusion and weather-related powers which is already so exciting !!

YOU KNOW HOW I HAD TO BE CAREFUL creating Sylas because he and Wraith (my marvel oc) gives out the same vibes that I had to do some restrictions and scratch everything that matches both of them. Are they alike? Or it's the fact they both have the same eye scar HM I dunno.

Anyways let me stop here. I'll be so thrilled to see you in another chapter to learn more about Sylas and Agatha (Agalas) cause I am already in love with them and i'm not lying 👀
