Appearance| Moran, unlike most vampires, does not really care about putting too much effort in her looks. She stands at about 5'8 with extremely pale skin and a healthy build. Some say she used to take dancing classes due to her slim form, but this has neither been confirmed nor denied. Her face is heart shaped and quite symmetrical. Her hooded eyes are sharp and are a bold ice-blue hue. Similarly, her constantly ponytailed hair falls over her forehead in straight bangs in shades of dark magenta. There are the faint signs of eyebags under her eyes due to (usually voluntary) continuous lack of sleep. She wears a pair of oval, frameless glasses, and a long white doctor's coat over her regular clothes wherever she goes. Nobody is sure why. She also has fangs which, in their usual state, are at the length of about half an inch. When angered, threatened or preparing for a fight, they extend to an inch-long.

Personality| Moran is brilliant but lazy. She is highly intelligent and good at what she does, but is usually off somewhere complaining about her constant migraines or smoking during off-hours. She is very blunt and somewhat crude, unable to hold a filter unless on professional business. It's not that she's rude; it's just her way of expressing affection. She is mostly grouchy in a passive-aggressive way and lives on being sarcastic. However, on rare occasions, she can spout some pretty profound advice. In fact, her advice is generally believed to be incredibly insightful and helpful. She despises bright lights and has a secret love for strawberries.
The only people she gets soft for are her mate (Miresi), their son (Vasaka), the alpha, and the beta as well as anyone she may get close to. She loves a good drink and thinks people without a sense of humour should be barred from the archipelago.

History| Her family bloodline had always been believed to be weaker than the rest of the vampire clans due to their stark disapproval of attacking humans or other Creatures for blood. Her family were the peacekeepers and the pioneers in the discovery of being able to survive off energy through touch. She met Alera in Switzerland three years ago and the two seemed to hit it off right on the bat. Something about the blatant honesty between the two of them sprouted into some sort of amusing friendship. When she received an invitation to join the clan and take up the role of Mating Counsellor, she convinced her mate, Miresi, to come with her. They've been living on the islands since.

Powers|
• Vampirism-- As she was born a vampire and not turned, she has the power to bestow the same gift to other mortals. Vampires turned by her are much less controlled and are often dangerous. Most die during the process. Those that are turned by her, however, are unable to harm her and must obey her every order. As a result, Moran despises this particular power, vowing to never use it unless for some crazy reason she had no other choice.

•Hypnotism-- She can temporarily coax people into trances that allow her to command them for a short period. Around ten minutes maximum. Twenty if it's a new moon. Requires direct eye contact and direct skin contact simultaneously and can only be done at night. She becomes extremely fatigued after the person snaps out of their trance.

Skills|
•Facial & Body Language Reading-- Moran is quite proficient in reading the signs given off by people's actions and emotions. It is not always 100% accurate, but it is useful sometimes, considering her job.
•Expert at Fencing-- Surprisingly, even such a drowsy being like Moran had to undergo training from her coven when she was young. Fencing techniques have been drilled into her very soul as a result.
•Journeyman in hand-to-hand combat-- Coupled with her fencing skills is a mild knowledge of how to defend herself without arms. She can be quite brutal despite not knowing any real martial arts, especially when she is provoked.
•Heavyweight drinker-- no explanation needed.

Abilities|
•Night Empowerment-- She becomes stronger at night and all her senses and reflexes are heightened.
•Undead Affinity-- For some reason she gets along quite well with undead creatures, even having some degree of control of the lowest creatures like zombies or ghouls.
•Night Vision - Her vision at night is amazing. High definition technicolour. She can see anything with a pulse in a way that is similar to infrared vision. Of course, solid objects like walls restrict her vision to within the room.
•Enhanced Reflexes & Senses (particularly hearing and smell)
•Enhanced Speed-- four times the speed of a human.
•Superhuman strength -- she can lift anything about three times her weight. (About 150kg)
•Regeneration-- At night her body heals faster than the average human's. Minor wounds heal in a few minutes while grievous ones can take a few hours. She heals at a mortal rate when it is day.
•Superhuman condition-- enhanced agility, dexterity and acrobatics means her body is stronger than a mortal's so she can jump really high, fall from up to seven storeys and land perfectly, and several other things.
•She is immortal meaning she does not age. She can still be killed, however.
•She cannot catch diseases.

Extra Information|

•She's completed several courses in psychology throughout the years as well as medical and social sciences, majoring in Creature Biology at Drakemore Academy back in the day. She has participated in contributing to numerous high-end research papers and the writing of theses on the anatomy of different species, and is quite updated on human technology and culture.

•She is very meticulous about the treatment of literature, especially the things she writes herself. She would turn the library into a place of research and solace, encouraging the spread of knowledge and education.

•Let it be known that her natural hair colour is black. The source of this information remains anonymous because Moran would throttle them otherwise.
