After the Storm Hawks and Team RWBY joined forces, Team RWBY and Oscar joined the Storm Hawks and Arygyn on the Condor. As the Condor arrived in Atlas, they saw the fleet of Cyclonian warships besieging Atlas and Mantle.

Aerrow: Looks like the Cyclonians wasted no time in making themselves right at home. 

Yang: Massive understatement....

Soon enough, the Condor landed at the Atlas Academy after Ruby and Oscar contacts Ironwood to let him know of the situation. After the Condor landed, the Storm Hawks and Team RWBY along with Oscar and Arygyn make their way to the war room where Ironwood along with Team JNR, Penny, Winter and the Ace-Ops were waiting for them. The others were puzzled by the appearance of the Storm Hawks. 

Junko: Um...why are they staring at us? 

Finn: It's not easy looking at greatness. I mean look at us! We're totally gonna be big shots here! Saving two worlds is gonna look great on our resume! 

Piper proceeds to smack Finn in the back of the head. Harriet scoffs at this. 

Harriet: What the hell is this? You were sent to go get help and you bring a rag tag band of hotshot kids? 

Aerrow: Don't underestimate us! We've tackled our fair share of bad guys! 

Piper: What's the situation here? 

Ironwood: It's dire. We're getting reports of attacks all across Remnant. Atlas is barely holding together. We've lost all contact with Mantle. We can only assume the worst. 

Aerrow: Not if we have anything to say about it! We're going to do everything in our power to stop them!

Ironwood: Between these....Talons and the Grimm, we're at the breaking point.

Suddenly, the room began to shake violently. It wasn't long until an Atlas Ensign runs into the room. 

Atlas Ensign: General! The Academy has been breeched! Talons are assaulting from all sides!

Ironwood: Damn it! They must've found a way past our defenses! If they take the Academy....

Aerrow: That won't happen! Stork! Get the Condor ready!

Stork: I was afraid you were going to say it! 

Oscar: I'll come with you! 

With that, everyone split up into multiple teams to repeal the Talon invasion. The Storm Hawks and Team RWBY along with Arygyn made their way to the main entrance where several squadrons of Talons began overrunning the Atlesian defensive positions. 

Atlesian Commander: Sector Four needs reinforcements. We are being overrun. Repeat, we are....

The Talons quickly overrun the Atlesian defenders. It wasn't long before the Storm Hawks, Team RWBY and Arygyn approached the Talons. 

Aerrow: Going somewhere? 

Talon Commander: The Storm Hawks? How is this possible?! Talons! Kill them all!

As the Talons attacked, Ruby sweeps the area with Crescent Rose, taking down several Talons. Aerrow follows through by unleashing a Lightning Claw attack on another group of Talons, taking them down. At the same time, Radarr scurries across the battlefield, sewing chaos among the Talons. 

Aerrow: Good job, Radarr!

At the same time, Weiss her Glyph Semblance to fire several projectiles at another group of Talons. Piper pulls out a Windstone Crystal which amplified Weiss's attack. 

Weiss: Most impressive. 

Piper: Thank you.

Meanwhile, Blake and Yang launch their Bumblebee team attack with Yang latching on to one end of Blake's Gambol Shroud. Blake then swings Yang to create momentum for Yang's punch whilst firing Ember Celica, taking out several Talons. When another group of Talons attempt to get the jump on them, Finn fires a volley of arrows with his Energy Crossbow, taking down a few Talons. Junko then charges in and knocks out several Talons. 

Finn: That's 15 for me and Junko! 

Yang: Oh you're going down!

At this point, Finn and Yang decided to have a contest on taking down the most Talons while Junko and Yang were there for support. Meanwhile, a group of Talons surrounded Arygyn. 

Talon: Draw your weapon!

Arygyn: As you wish, sonny!

Arygyn then begins attacking the Talons with his wand. As the battle intensified, the Storm Hawks and Team RWBY began to slowly push the Talons out of the Atlas Academy. 

Ruby: We got them on the run!

Aerrow: Don't let up!

The support from the Storm Hawks and Team RWBY allowed the fledgling Atlas defenders to mount a counter attack. At the same time, the Condor swooped in and began attacking the Talons. In the face of this constant barrage, the Talons were forced to retreat. As the entrance was cleared, the Condor landed with Stork and Oscar exiting the Condor. 

Aerrow: Good job, Stork!

Stork: I can't believe that worked.....

Oscar: For someone so....pessimistic, you're pretty good with that ship. 

Finn: Yep. That's Stork for you. He's all doom and gloom, but when you put him in the Condor, he works some serious magic. 

Ruby: Perfect complementary teamwork. Oh, yeah, I want to have my friends' backs just like that.

Aerrow: You didn't do too badly yourself out there, Ruby. 

Finn: I guess. Pretty sure me and Junko won the competition with.....30 Talons. 

Weiss: Is everything games to you? Both of our worlds are in danger and you're playing games? 

Piper: Don't mind Finn. He has this really annoying habit of running his mouth before thinking. 

Yang: And for the record, Blake and I totally took down way more of those Talons. 

Suddenly, the alarms began to blare. 

Blake: That's not good....

It wasn't long before Team RWBY were contacted by Winter through their communicators. 

Winter(Communicator): Team RWBY! We need you and the rest of your team back in the war room!

Ruby: We're on our way!

With that, the Storm Hawks and Team RWBY along with Arygyn and Oscar began making their way back to the war room to regroup with Ironwood. In that moment, the Storm Hawks and Team RWBY had scored their first victory. However, the war was far from over.
