this one is based off of a dream that I had about squishmallows and Batman XD

(Btw Fifi is 6 in this part)

Fifi looked longingly at the book on the counter of the gas station. "Mom? Please may I get that book?" She asked. "Hmm? No honey. You may not." Her mother replied. Fifi sighed. She looked up at the glass ceiling of the gas station. 

Suddenly, there was a rumbling overhead. Fifi looked up to see a dark figure hurtling towards the ceiling. "Mom watch out!" Fifi pulled her mom away from the glass dome right as the figure crashed into it. Thousands of pieces of glass rained down onto the gas station building. A large figure stood up in the middle of the room.

 Fifi's mom gasped and she pulled Fifi behind a shelf. "Mom?" Fifi asked. "What is that thing?" "Honey, be quiet!" Her mom snapped at her. "Why? What is that thing?" Fifi's mom put her hand over Fifi's mouth. "I said be quiet!" Her mom whisper-yelled.

 Suddenly the big figure approached them. 

"Fifi hide!" Fifi scampered over to an over-turned shelf and hid underneath it. She watched as the big figure picked up her mom and flew up through the glass ceiling of the gas station. 

"Mom?" Fifi called. "Quiet young lady, he could still come back!" Someone hissed. 

The owner of the gas station looked up through the ceiling and announced it was all clear. Everyone rushed around in a panic, talking. 

Fifi heard snippets of their conversations. "A superhuman! Here!" One lady exclaimed. "How is that even possible?" How is what even possible? Fifi wondered. 

"Um excuse me?" She asked one lady. "What do you want?" "What was that thing and why did it take my mommy?" Fifi asked. "Ermm. How do I put this nicely... your mommy has been "Chosen" by the ancients which basically means that the superhumans took her because she did something bad and she will be executed by nightfall." The lady said. "Wha-Wha-WHYYYYYYY" Fifi wailed. "Oh shut your mouth kid crying ain't gonna get ya nowhere so shut up will ya? Now go home to your Daddy hon. 'Kay?" Fifi nodded her head and ran home to tell her father about what happened.
