"ROAR!!!"

The deafening sound from the wild Animal Box shook the dimly lit basement.

"Ok, so what's the plan?" Lambo asked, peeking over the rubble to make sure the beast isn't anywhere near his position.

"We wear red and sneak around it." Tsuna answered as he too peek out to look at the raging beast.

"Red? Why red?" Yamamoto questioned as he crouched down beside Tsuna.

"Legend says that red calms the beast down enough for us to sneak by." Tsuna answered without looking.

"Sorry, Tsuna-sama. I respect you but that's only legend. It could also make us stand out and make the thing kill us faster." Gokudera reasoned.

"Yeah, well, red's also my favorite color so there." he answered without missing a beat.

"I thought orange was your favorite color?" Lambo piped up beside Yamamoto.

"The rainbows are my favorite color okay?!" Tsuna hissed back.

"ROAR!!"

Another roar from the animal could be unmistakenly heard near them. Not a second later, the animal appeared and growled at them before letting out another roar.

"Run!!" Tsuna shouted as he scampered out of the wild animal's way.

A few minutes later, the animal was safely back in its box.

"The next time Verde got any ideas on making another Animal Box based on mythical creatures, I will make sure to send him to an isolated island so this kind of thing won't happen again." Tsuna grumbled, dusting off the bits and pieces of debris from his hair.

"It would have gone better if Kyou-nii or Mukuro-nii was here," Lambo commented as he too dusted off some debris sticking on his favorite cow-printed shirt.

Tsuna glared daggers at his youngest guardian. "No, it would be much much MUCH worse."

Both Yamamoto and Gokudera nodded grimly, remembering that one time when half of the Vongola Mansion had been destroyed, courtesy of a certain bloodthirsty skylark and pineapple, which led to the awakening of a new and much darker side of Tsuna. It was also the day when Reborn had openly told Tsuna how proud he was to him. Both adults shuddered.

"Now, excuse me while I hunt a certain green-haired scientist," Tsuna declared with a sweet smile before stalking out of the basement with a predatory grin, the Animal Box secured in his grip.

As they watched their Sky exit, the guardians visibly shuddered when a traumatising image popped in their minds.

"Tsuna/-sama/-nii is scary."
