So if you don't know what I mean by that it's
payday 2 also fun fact the Cloaker even though he looks like he has the least amount of armor especially head protection he's actually the second most stinkiest enemy underneath bulldozer and if you count captain winter as well because well I think all you have to do is kill his bodyguards
But yeah he's the second most stinkiest enemy that you can face and the most annoying probably

So anyways let's get into it so our main character izuku yagi was neglected and abused by his family and friends and ex crushes

And later on there is this new organization or government sort of that's controlled sort of by Captain winters many people think captain winters is male and many others actually think he is female because some people think females are less superior well what do you expect Japan is pretty corrupt

But the hero association or society is actually terrified of that government because even though many people there don't actually have quirks it's like the only plays a higher of the powerless but the powerless gets paid more than any hero around they are very rich but everyone there doesn't do it for the money and some people did but Captain winters has a quirk That can't tell if they're in it for the money or protecting people but she doesn't like it if they're in it for the money like if they're in it for the money only to support their family then they allow them but if it's only for the money and not protecting people then he will decline them

It's in for like protecting the innocent and for the money because like people need money to survive then they will be allowed in

So anyways no one actually knows who captain winters is so she came around and saw a young kid getting beaten up and is curious on why she believes she actually knows but wants to make sure

She walked over after the tormentors left and asked hey kid why were you being beaten up he says because I am powerless he has tears in his eyes or an emotionless look

Then she noticed his body he looked very skinny and that very malnourished and I asked when was the last time you ate he said a few days which she was shocked and decided to take him in and that's whenever some soldiers or part of the government said it looks like she found another poor kid which means this isn't the first time and it's very common that some children show up here

But anyways before I continue I want to tell you and those who are pretty much allowed to work no one with like over powered powers like for example
Elemental or any powers that would help them and especially if they have a cocky attitude and pretty much have those who don't have powers do their work people have been known to be actually executed for doing that or worse Captain winters doesn't mess around

So anyways she took him in and asked some questions on who his parents are and well he explained on how his parents are is the number one hero and number five hero and she was shocked by this and also thinks damn you all might I thought you were the only true hero around it looks like you're nothing more than a hypocrite

Then she smiles and says well how would you like to work for me we will pay you more than any job in Japan can pay he then says well no one wants to hire a powerless person

So she asked him what was he like to be a medic or anything because he she allows anyone who she picks up to choose what their class will be and he did not really like any of those because well he then chose a costume of his own that he made and she actually liked it so he got to training and because of how skinny he was he was able to hide underneath like cars and that he's that skinny or he can hide in like decently size cracks that not even the skinniest man in the world can hide under he's that skinny

But anyways he started learning martial arts and yeah so this training he's been training for many years and he's very durable he's possibly just as durable as the number one hero possibly even more it also helped whenever he was getting injured

Also maybe another female also caught eyes of his training and sort of became an idol towards him and wants to be just like him she was also powerless and yeah she was thrown out by society as well

But anyways so on the first mission which was like 10 months after him training both the girl and decker were very fast learner's every time they thought it usually ended up into a draw

He never fought back against his tormentors because he never saw them worthy of his time

So anyways he was dropped up on the roof tops and climbed into a vent where hostages were kept with one armed man he opened up the vent very carefully dropped down and then started to beat him and calling him names and he didn't stop until everyone or whenever the cops showed up as well pretty much

And every time he was hit it felt like he was getting hit with a metal pipe he felt bones crack on every hit even his feet felt like he was getting hit by a truck

So after that happened many people off his name started spreading around as a Cloaker some people think he's actually a vigilante one in reality he's not he has full authority to go police brutality on them

Although he's gained the eye of more females in the company

Whenever he came home nobody noticed him but he heard his parents talking about the Cloaker person aunt saying how are we going to catch him honey he's doing hero work illegally only the police actually knows that he's not a vigilante

So even if the heroes did catch them the police won't do anything

Although he's became more popular than some of the top 100 heroes although kids are sad that they don't get to have like maybe a picture of him So anyways they were trying to think of a plan to will find out not only who he is but where he is because finally came as the hard part little do they know that he's closer than they think
