The Beginning Of The World (Poem)

Sand and rocks in this wild ground,

A loud environment with no sound

As if its land tries to tell a story;

One about a faded glory.

A legend of a fallen star,

One that once came from afar;

Its age of a thousand worlds

Yet its life, a fate undeserved.

Belonging in an advanced kind

One intelligent, but also blind;

It has come to seek salvation

To redeem its dying civilisation.

But fate had a different plan.

To destroy and shorten its lifespan,

The gods have chosen to kill its people

Getting rid of what was once peaceful.

Its family, now a part of the red river,

Its kind, transformed into death-giver;

Our star has remained now alone

To do nothing but live on the fallen throne.

What remained? The ashes of a memory

With its survivors living in constant misery;

Forgetting their home they once had

And living only with the land of sand.

A dark little space with no way out;

Creatures of darkness freely wandering around.

Such a tale behind their vanished smile,

Faded from a civilisation now kept hostile.

Our star too has disappeared,

Remaining only the wild now feared.

Legends seek to attract the youth,

But this story will ever stay as truth.

Find the star lost in this world,

Such brightness in a sky so cold;

Once you reach for it to find the answer,

It will tell you to write your own chapter.
