Fact 3

Hello again, naturally~
So today I'm gonna do Ghosty's request.

First of all, I swear on my soul that what I am about to tell you had actually happened.

No, I am serious. It really happened.

No, I am not imagining it. I had witnessess okay?

Anyway, let's start.

It happened around the time I was 14-15 ish -can't remember exactly when- and I was on my way home from school.

There's this stony-bridge that I always have to cross whenever I go home and it is no secret that said place is also the most popular spot amongst boys to hang out.

Oh, did I tell you that I went to an all-girls school? No? Well, now you know.

Anyway, since school is over, you can imagine how many girls there were that use the same route and had to cross the same bridge as I do. When I was nearing the bridge, I was confused at first to see so many girls crowding in front of me.

But I just brushed it off, thinking that some boys had got into a fight or something. I pushed and forced myself around the girls to get to the front, only to see some boys playing with a cute snake that was shedding its skin.

Fun fact: snakes are vulnerable when they are shedding their skins. They don't eat and don't attack anything, even if there's a mouse standing right in front of them!

Anyway, when I saw that scene, I rolled my eyes and thought, "stupid boys," in  annoyance before I felt angry at them.

That poor snake! All defenseless and weak and vulnerable! And those boys took advantage of that! That is just cruel!

And so, with that thought in mind, I walked towards them, eyes locked on the boy who was handling the snake.

At first, when he saw me, he tried to scare me by thrusting the snake at me. But I just looked at him in disgust before I scolded him about how it is wrong to treat the snake like that, etc, etc.

While I was lecturing him, I noticed some girls had took the chance to slip behind me in order to get across the bridge. I didn't mind of course, since I also intended to give them a chance to do so.

Once the girls safely made across, I ended my lecturing and crossed the bridge too.

But halfway across, I stopped on my heels and turned around. I noticed that there were still some girls who hadn't crossed yet and the boys seemed to think like it was a good idea to continue their taunts anyway.

And so, with an exasperated sigh, I walked back towards the boys.

When the boys saw me approaching, I can visibly see them tense up. When I saw that, I had to struggle to keep myself from smiling.

Then, with one fluid movement, I grabbed the stick that was in a boy's hand and lifted up the snake. Truthfully, I wanted to use my hand but... those shedding skin was covered in mucus and I was a bit disgusted, plus I don't want to risk getting infected by anything coming from that.

So, when I lifted the snake (with the stick), almost all of the boys around me immediately took a step back, trying to avoid me. By then, I was biting my lips to keep myself from giggling right then and there.

It took me no longer than one minute to put the snake into some bushes thick enough to cover the snake and hide it away from those boys' grabby hands.

Once I had put the snake away, I walked back towards the boys. At first, I was tempted to just throw the stick down into the river below, but a better idea came into my mind.

And so, with confident steps and a smirk settling on my lips, I handed back the stick to the boy before walking away like a boss.

And here's the fun part. Almost all the boys present had stared, awestruck at me before they broke out of it and clapped their hands, saying how they respect me and all that. Some even saluted at me!! After that, I got a wide smile stuck on my face all the way home. The end.

That was really my most favourite memories of all. It wasn't much and there were no punching or fighting but I still think that it was the most memorable day of all.

Well, now that the story had been told, I will take my leave now. Comments if you have any questions for me~!
