One day, little Ducker stole some ships from the sea. 

When the seamen tried to stop him, he fought them off bravely and towed them to the middle of the sea. 

He then hid all the ships inside a large cloud so no one could find them.

That night, it rained. The cloud in which the ships were hidden came over Ducker's house. 

Very soon, it started raining ships. Ducker was very scared and ran to his mother, Plimsolla. 

She immediately took a ladle and deflected the falling ships away from their house. 

She also scolded Ducker for stealing ships and told him that God had punished him for his mistake. She asked him to return the ships to their owners. 

Ducker was sorry for his behaviour and returned the ships to their owners.
