Neither of them are smart. They don't know what they're doing. But are they going to stop? No.

They don't always cause chaos wherever they are. Sometimes, they have pure luck on their side and everything ends well. However if it doesn't end well, you know they'll make cleaning up a competition. In the stupidest way possible.

Their friends let them do whatever, which does not help.

They're the couple that keeps escalating with no signs of slowing down.
"That kid looks like they're upset. I wonder if they're ok?"
"I just asked, and they're not."
"Well I just made a balloon animal, and they seem happier."
"Oh yeah? Well I just bought them a large tub of ice cream!"
Etc.
