If you're a bystander(Someone who sees the bullying), have some empathy and sympathy and go help the bullied person. Bullies can lose power if more people stand up to them. Some bullies will want more bystanders because they think they are funny, but if the bystanders go against the bully and help them, the bully will be overpowered.
