Casey and Jamie were cruising along until they saw Speed Demon again, but this, they saw he had Donnie as his new driver.

"Donnie?!" they screamed.

Speed Demon cheered and yelled, "Yeah, baby!"

He sped past them and caused them to almost ram into the side of the road.

"You stupid, ugly, pickle-headed--" he shouted and grumbled other insults.

"Casey! Just grumbling about the situation isn't going to get Donnie back!" Jamie said.

"If I could just start this thing up..." he replied.

Leo pulled the car over to the Turtle Racer.

"What happened?" Leo asked.

"It's the car! The car is the mutant! It's alive somehow, and it's got Donnie!" Casey explained.

Casey started the engine and got ready to go after him again.

"Casey, wait! We need a plan!" Leo said.

"I got one! Get Donnie outta that mutant monstrosity pronto!" Casey replied, determined.

"Wait. Is Jamie gonna be okay? She probably almost lost consciousness already," Raph pointed out worriedly.

"I'll be fine, Raph. I promise," Jamie winked then added, "Casey, let's go."

They sped up after Speed Demon, but so far there was no sign of him.

"How far is he, doc?" Jamie asked.

Dr. Cluckingsworth typed on the computer that showed he was coming up.

"Time to see what this baby can really do," Casey smirked.

They sped up to the car and rammed it from behind.

"You again?" he growled.

Casey rammed him again causing him to spin wildly but he only laughed in response. They fought a little and ended up near the edge of a cliff.

"Let my friend go, freak! Or I'll take us down!" Casey threatened after he looked at how far the fall was.

"Never gonna happen, Casey Jones! Donatello belongs to Speed Demon now, baby!" Speed Demon refused.

Casey growled in response and jerked the wheel to the right. They both went out of control, everyone screaming. Speed Demon was liking what he saw when they came to a stop.

"You know, I'm a sporting guy. So how 'bout we race for it? You win, you get your friend back. I win, I get your super hot rod and all that sa-weet technology!" Speed Demon challenged.

"Fair enough," Casey agreed.

"And I get you, Casey Jones, the only driver worthy of my competition," Speed Demon added.

"Well, I am super dope," Casey smirked with the chicken clucking in response.

"It's a deal!" he accepted.

"Casey, are you sure about this?" Jamie asked, a little uneasy about the whole thing.

"Don't worry, Sweetheart. I'll play fair. And since you've been such a downer in this with your powers, why not throw you into the deal too?" Speed Demon added.

"No way!" Jamie snapped.

"That's not gonna happen!" Casey retorted.

"Then you better win. First one to dead man's curve...wins. Starting now!" Speed Demon shouted, revved the engine, then sped away from the teens.

The van finally caught up to them and saw what was going on.

"Dudes, we need some faster wheels!" Mikey yelled.

"What are they doing?" Leo asked.

"Looks like a race to me," Raph answered.

"Is that hideous thing Donnie?" April wondered, a little grossed out.

Casey continued to race the car, but Speed Demon kept getting in the way and Casey would only hit the bumper.

"I can't pass him!" Casey shouted.

Speed Demon sped up as he jerked the gear shift. He laughed in response.

"Ow! Speed Demon's gonna win the race, the car, and a brand-new driver! Yeah, baby!" he howled.

Casey kept trying to pass him as they went on a sharp turn.

"Hang on, guys!" Casey yelled as the chicken clucked in fright and Jamie screamed, then he flipped his mask down and added, "Time to win this thing!"

He pressed a different button and a lit firecracker popped up. It exploded, causing Dr. Cluckingsworth to cluck out of surprise. A mutagenic egg popped out, went into the car, and landed in the mutagenic fuel. The car lurched forward and regained so much speed.

"Whoo-hoo!" Jamie cheered.

"Goongala!" Casey whooped.

As soon as the car sped up entirely, they finally caught up to the insane vehicle.

"All right, doc! Time for autopilot!" Casey replied.

"No! I'll drive!" Jamie decided.

"You sure, J?" Casey asked, unsure.

"Yeah. And if I don't make it, tell Raph I like him for me," she requested.

"You got it," he agreed.

Casey got out of the seat and Jamie jumped in quickly, grabbing the wheel and opening the wing-like devices on either side. Casey readied his hockey stick when they were behind the car.

"Hey, road freak! You're going down!" Casey yelled as he stood on the wing closest to the car.

Speed Demon attacked Casey and they fought after Casey jumped on his hood. He smacked his head, but snatched him. Casey smacked him, grabbed his tube-like tongue, and tasered him in the mouth. It screamed, knocking Casey to the side, but Jamie pulled up and caught him.

"Thanks, J!" Casey smirked.

"No prob!" she yelled.

They went behind Speed Demon, Jamie dropped Casey off behind him on the car, and she pulled in front.

"Where the heck did he go?!" Speed Demon shrieked.

From behind, Casey grabbed his mask tails and yanked.

"You're going down! Suck on this, sucka!" Casey yelled as he threw a spray can in front of the disgusting-looking turtle.

It exploded in his face and he cringed at it. But he threw Casey off and Jamie caught him again.

"See ya at the finish line, Casey Jones!" Speed Demon cackled.

"We don't care about winning the race! We just want our friend back!" Casey yelled, lifting his mask.

He tapped the cage and the intelligent chicken pecked at the keys, causing the car to go faster. Once they caught up, they ended up in front and backwards, facing the demon.

Casey adjusted his stick and leapt, shouting, "Goongala!"

He tugged at the mask tails after he hit him and pulled Donnie out of the car that crashed. Donnie slowly but surely returned to normal.

"Donnie! You all right?" Casey asked.

"I yeah, I-I think so," Donnie groaned.

The guys turned around to the sound of an engine starting. Speed Demon wasn't done just yet.

"I'm gonna chew you up and spit you out, Jones!" the car roared.

"Oh, no," Casey panicked a little.

"I got it this time, Casey!" Donnie assured, shoving him out of the way.

The car lurched forward and Donnie jumped on the edge of the hood, shoving his weapon in its mouth, keeping it open.

"Leave my friend alone!" Donnie yelled.

He jumped off, leaving the bō staff in its mouth, but when the car stopped, it snapped it in two. Jamie pulled their car over and noticed Speed Demon about to run over Casey and Donnie. She used her powers to lift the car in mid air.

"Not this time, road maniac!" she smirked.

Then the hippie van came around the corner and rammed into Speed Demon making him fall over the edge of the cliff.

"I'll be back!" he shouted before exploding.

"Whoo-hoo! Ow! The party wagon takes the win!" Mikey cheered.

They all got out of the car then Raph saw Jamie and ran to her.

"Jamie, you okay?" he asked.

"Yeah. A little winded, but eh, been through worse," she shrugged.

They chuckled and hugged each other before they joined the others.

"Yes!" Casey and Donnie cheered.

The car came up to them and stopped with Dr. Cluckingsworth controlling the autopilot.

"You did good, too," Donnie congratulated the chicken.

"I'm so glad you guys are okay! And I'm so glad you're actually getting along!" April smiled as she approached the two teens.

"Thanks, Red. Hey, Donnie, how awesome was me grabbing your giant head, huh? So weird!" Casey grinned.

"Yeah, or when you used the mutagen-boost! It actually worked!" Donnie replied.

"Oh, that was the best! I thought you were gonna squash me on that one turn, bro!" Casey laughed.

As April heard their conversation, she started to frown, thinking that she liked their bickering more than their friendliness.

"Hmph. I thought I was glad they're getting along," she sighed.

"I know how you feel, April," Raph said.

She put an arm around his shoulder and leaned up against him. Jamie just smirked at the sight of Donnie and Casey laughing and hugging each other.
