First Impression: Interesting!

Cover:Cover is okay but could have been better. The font could be changed.

Title:Title is apt. I found it related to the blurb as well as to the story.

Blurb: Blurb is quite descriptive which is good. Try adding a few more interesting lines which could attract reader instantly.

Grammar and Writing Style:Your vocabulary is really nice. Avoid leaving line after every two to three lines, it looks disrupted. Writing style is good.

Plot: Plot is beautiful and since you are penning down a real story everyone could easily connect to it.
Really good.Pace is perfect neither too fast nor too slow.

Character development: Jacob's character is well expressed. I really liked his character and could connect as well. Sanika's character is expressed through Jacob which is fair enough as it's Jacob's diary.

Suggestions:
1)Try changing the cover.
2)Add a few more interesting lines in the blurb.
3)Increase the length of chapters .I can understand you are narrating one incident in every chapter but still try increasing the length a bit.

On an overall basis it was a decent read.
