No way loser, I'm married!

The early morning sun shone into a Chicago bakery, its beautiful rays scattered as they hit the window, illuminating the quiet interior. It was a small, cosy shop, and was empty aside from a couple of workers. Having just got there, they were getting off to a slow start, starting up the coffee machine as they waited for the first customer to arrive.

It wasn't long before the sound of a bell was heard from the door, as their first customer for the day walked in. It was a man, who looked to be in his place teens. He had dark brown hair and was wearing a blue hoodie, reading the word "Greg" on the front. He raised his head to greet the cashier, it was one of their regular customers, Danny Gonzalez. He removed his black, raycon earbuds and ordered a medium latte and chicken pie. He paid and they handed him a piping hot pie on a plate. He thanked them and walked over to his favourite spot by the window.

As he sat, eating his pie, he noticed a young woman walk by the window. She looked a couple of years younger than him and was wearing a tight white shirt with jeans that showed off her slim build. Her raven hair was dead straight and reached down past her shoulder blades. She was certainly beautiful but there was nothing special about her. His eyes didn't linger on her for long, he was married after all, and he only had eyes for one woman. He turned to his phone and scrolled through Twitter.

The woman walked into the shop and sat opposite Danny, he looked around the room, he was a tad confused as there were plenty of empty seats. He shrugged it off, perhaps she was a Greg.
"Hey handsome..." she said in a seductive tone. Danny smiled awkwardly.
"Uh, hi... I'm ma-" he started, but was cut off by the woman.
"You wanna go out some time?" She asked.
"I'm married, sorry," Danny replied quickly before turning back to his phone. He thought that would be the end of it, but that was not the answer she was looking for.

He flinched as she touched his hand.
"What she doesn't know can't hurt her." She said. Danny pulled his hand away, he started to get annoyed.
"I'm not interested." He said, in a more serious tone. He stood up to move tables and she grabbed his arm.
"My dad's rich!" She exclaimed desperately. Danny was quite mad now, but he kept his cool.
"I don't care." He responded, yanking his arm out of her tight grip. What was with this girl?

He walked to the other side of the shop. The woman stayed where she was, crossing her thin arms. She glared at the man, her pale face was scrunched up with anger.
"My dad's gonna get you." She threatened with pursed lips, flipping her hair behind her. Danny just rolled his eyes as he sat down, not responding to the empty threat. She got even angrier. "Argh!" She cried, marching out of the building. She stopped at the door. "You should know better than to ignore me, arsehole! He's gonna fucking kill you!" She yelled as she slammed the door behind her.

Danny watched her storm off.
"Yeesh..." he muttered to himself. A worker walked up beside him with his coffee.
"Are you ok?" He asked as he placed it down on the table beside him.
"Yeah, that was an experience." He chuckled, grabbing the handle of the coffee mug. "Thanks for the coffee."
The worker nodded and smiled warmly as he walked back to the counter.

Danny shook his head and enjoyed his coffee and pie as he replied to the comments on his latest video. He didn't take her threats too seriously, figuring that she was just crazy, or desperate. But boy was he wrong. He wished he had been prepared as he left the shop and was met by a terrifying caped figure outside.
