Why people hate karna's family so much?

Vrishketu is real! I think these people are hater of karn and his family, so that's why they are writting this. And I also think that vrishketu was not ruler of indraprastha, so probably he ruled anga, or he lived in hastinapur with Pandavas.

Vrishketu was son of karna's second wife supriya, he was only 13 years old when war take place, so how he can participate in war? Unki age itni nhi thi ki vo war me participate kar paye.
